I don't quite understand how the platform could make any serious money within the next 5 years. Gamers may try it for free, but I don't think they will pay any significant fees.
Betfair was making around 5% from winners' fees for a long time. Traditional bookies operate with margins around 10% on many markets. What exactly you don't understand? he is talking about gamers not gamblers. and he is right. I think the devs also realist it after really thinking about a working business model and are shifting from gaming to gambling... |

It will be interesting to see what happens with the $DAO proposal, if it gets accepted we will probably see insta price rise to $6+
On a side and slightly joking note somebody should put up a proposal to the DAO to start purchasing PEERPLAYS on openledger while the price is still low, so their break even is below $6 eventually.

1. All peerplays in supply are there.
2. Not enough BTC there.
= High supply and low demand = low price

I doubt many holders will sell for a low price there. Mosy knew this was going to be a long-term investment. I understand that sometimes circumstances may come up that could cause a liquidation, but that is just an opportunity to pick up cheap coins. It wouldn't cause a panic. |
