Auroracoin is good coin but it can not rise up now due to BTC rising.
Just buy and hold it . it must rise after then.
I totally agree with you, the energy expended does not make up for it AUR is in accumulation phase. I believe the phase that AUR exists currently in is: "This is a damn fine coin, stable, has a purpose, and still insanely inexpensive to buy/support, someday you'll wish you bought more" phase. |

Best wishes for your project They seem to target only Yobit, which is only a minor exchange for AUR. I advice people to stay away from that exchange, as the owners are clearly incompetent. |

Most of it is locked up with people in it for long term, a part is held by the foundation and the market stabilization software (wallet peak #1 on Bittrex). The latter is in principal available for the right price. Then there is also quite an amount not accessible to non-Icelandic people, on the Icelandic exchange. How many aurora coins are available in the market ~14.0m in existence, subtracting the 5.3m burned, subtracting the 1.0m Aurarad foundation M1 fund, subtracting the 2.0m coins lost (guess) =5.7m total supply of AUR. |
