im in anger of your services, after i tried to deposit around 13 dollars (in bitcoin) (just to start and activate the card)
i chose bce-e code , pasted my code which was like this "BTCE-BTC-L0OLK5SG-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx"
i clicked on redeem but it didnt go through, nor did it charge my account

i tried to redeem on my "btce-e" account but it was not working anymore because "uquid" took it

i contacted their support and yours , but only them responded for now , and they told me this

This company's website is VERY misleading! Their site says "Instant" deposits when sending crypto currencies. I sent some Litecoin so that I could order a virtual debit card for an online purchase. Within minutes of sending the Litecoin, I received an email that said:

"You got a transaction email of deposit processing, until admin approve, it is pending transaction"

Followed by a receipt from Shapeshift showing that UQUID converted the Litecoin that I sent to bitcoin.

However, an hour later and my funds are still not available on their website. Deposit still says pending. Unbelievable! I hate bait and switch tactics by companies. If users have to wait for "Admin approval" then say so before having them send coins! Waiting for an "admin approval" is NOT instant and should not be on the deposit page. Had I would have known this in advance, I would have NEVER used your site.

I sent the exact amount requested by your website. The FAQ says deposits will be pending for manual review if you don't sent the exact amount. So you can't use that excuse. I just did a search on this board and found other users complaining about deposits "pending" after they've sent you funds.

I should have went with my first mind which was to use the wirex card. Deposits are instant and there is none of this waiting for admin approval foolishness.

i can confirmed our system fully "automatic" that mean we do not manual processing any transaction
with litcoin instant deposit, your coin will send to Shapeshift and they processing your coin and it take only 1min only
the reason your deposit delay because you did not send within 10min as shapeshift requested. then the deposit will fail and shapeshift will refund your coin back to your address ( the most reason it delay because your exchanger wallet take longer time for withdraw your coin)

Wirex using shapeshift and it 100% same with us to processing your fund. you will have same problem if you pay longer than 10min

yes you right
with card level 1
you can load up to 2500
but you only can spend maximum 1000euro before you upload document for upgrade to level 2
our system do not allow customer load in more than 1000euro to avoid this issue

As a cardholder, I have this same concern. Are you planning to freeze deposits/withdrawals the way that other services are doing? If there is an indecisive blockchain split, how will you move forward in regard to the forking of the bitcoin blockchains? If something does go wrong during this, what are your plans on reimbursing customers who may lose funds due to this?

bitcoin need 6 confirmations for completed only
if it take 12 confirmations and you do not see balance that mean you did not pay correct amount requested

"IN ORDER TO MAKE CORRECT AMOUNT WE REQUESTED YOU HAVE TO ADDED WITHDRAW FEES FROM YOUR EXCHANGE WALLET"
For example : amount requested : 0.1 btc and using polo..then you have to withdraw 0.101 btc from poloniex which included 0.001 btc fees from them.
