The idea of 6 confirmation requirement for bitcoin deposit is stupid as it gets . 3 confirmation is the standard unless you want your customer to suffer

You are right now time to change this rule for customers as many other exchanges and companies already done some time its take too much time which is very frustrating

Was disappointed to find out you guys don't ship physical cards to the USA after I deposited. Are their any plans to ship cards to the US in the future or is this because of some law that prevents it?

Yes its just the strict law USA have but you can try card from bitpay or shift because they support USA citizens from what I know.

let me confirmed : the limit set-up by VISA ( not by us) we do not change anything

the new limit apply by card vendor follow the requirement by Law which VISA and Mastercard also have to apply

overall, the new limit for card level 1 can spend is  :1000EUR (reduced from 2500EUR)
card level 2 : still unlimited

are you aware about what are you saying ?

the only reason our system automatic block is you try many time fails with login information or you enter wrong capcha ( this is security reason to protect our client)

if your account have same problem you need speak with our support team we help it out

we are on services here for 2 years and there is no reason for us to stop your account without any reason like that

Contacted the UQUID support,my account is now unbanned. why my account was banned ? the "Admin" who banned my account was a bot? Maybe because I was spamming the "check status/order" when I've sent my ethereum for the exchange? fix your retard security bot . UQUID is risky with this kinds of behavior.

Ordered 30-07 two debit cards and was pleased to see that I received the cards already 09-08, only yesterday I would like to use one card but currently, all card services are in maintenance mode. It should be fixed in a few hours but now I still see this message.

Since I am not sure if a few hours is another 2 hours or 100 hours do I wonder when we can use the cards again???



Edit:
After contacting UQUID support on skype they did reply really fast and could tell me that they are waiting for their card vendor.

more then 72 hours now and still "All Card Services on maintenance mode. Expected working back within few hours . We do apologize for any inconvenience caused"

and his card vendor is the same as SpectroCoin and a lot of others and it looks like there are no problems

UQUID is having some issues with mychoice, their issuer and the connection is lost between platforms, they are trying to fix it, from talking with skype support, calm down everyone, they will be back asap.
They are not giving any official statement about this issue whats going on I am also waiting for some time need to settle things if possible hope they will announce some good news in next few hours about this issue
