No, it's urgent update to withstand attacks or er stress test by spaming transactions with very large mixin which were causing wallets and nodes to stuck trying to verify 'em.

SPAMMING the network doesnt stop. TEMPORARILY we set minimum fee for 0.1 krb to stop spamming and blockchain bloat till we write better proper handling. Pools and nodes update from

Q&A what to do if your wallet crashes:

On the wallet start go to "Settings" and choose "Connection", than point "Remote daemon" and add krb.sberex.com:32348 (or any other remote node you like). Reboot the wallet.

Take into account that minimum fee should be 0,1 Karbo, if lower network will reject the transaction.

On your screenshot total hashrate for Karbo is shown as  3.41 KH/s. This is most probably an error due outdated client at mynecryptonight.net and this cannot last for 24 hours. The lowest real hashrate during last days was ~500 KH/s.

Try to made own krb pool, but daemon stack on 216001. I use v = 1.4.9.hotfix . Daemon try to sync on 216001 about 17 hours.

The network of karbo was under attack last four days. So last changes are necessary to resist this, btw there was a hardfork on block 216000
