With BTC price soaring and surpassed the all time high, many will have second thoughts on selling their coins but instead some will still hold and keep until their desired selling price. To those who bought their coins last year, they already earned a profit of 64%. Last years price is $874 USD. Cant blame others if they plan to sell coins now.

you are right, the price just surpassed its ATH. even i, find the price so tempting to sell my coins. so maybe some will panic sell this time because the price is high already.. BTW, is there any news why the price is rocketing? is this something to do with the revival of ETF?
As far as I know, there's no really important news coming out, it's probably a usual trend which always occurs. The price is indeed skyrocketing though it impacts the altcoins and so does with my investment, LOL.
What I could agree is that at the peak of the price, people will sell their coin, eventually, don't miss the train.

What if somebody will make a huge dump and sell it all the way to earn some profits because of this rally in bitcoin, and someone sees it and do that same thing. Is there any effect on bitcoin when someone to this,?
If a really big player in Bitcoin does this, they'd be losing a lot of money. So most likely it won't happen with just one person, but a large number of people can cause the price to drop suddenly.

The current price surge has nothing to do with ETF's or their revivals

It is just Bitfinex exchange having some difficulties with USD withdrawals as well as deposits due to Taiwanese banks closing their payment channels for them. So people are trying to move their funds from the exchange by buying up cryptocurrencies and that causes prices to inflate (I guess that should be called the Gox effect). Since Bitfinex is one of the largest exchanges in the market, things that happen there necessarily affect cryptocurrency prices at other exchanges. In other words, it is a sort of market maker for cryptocurrencies

I dont know how far the price can keep flying without get that hard dump, that should happen sooner or later, there is no way to keep growing with all the issues around the coin, but well deal at your risk, im sure the dump is coming but i never expected bitcoin to hit 1300 this year.

I'm also pretty amazed the price can go up this high, this is because most bitcoin users are smart enough not to panic when the price is high. They are patient now
But I'm sure when prices go up. Users will use it to sell it and make a profit

You just need to buy coins at a low price and wait a while. Here after a couple of months you can get a small profit from purchased coins at a low price.

The timing will be after a big rise there will a big dump also so buy in deep. It is much better to buy as much as you can afford but not all of your funds .

Yes, now it's too late to buy coins so the price has risen too high and may soon fall again a little.

Cryptoassets market is following the exact same pattern as the dot.com bubble in 2000. We are in the middle of "frenzy" phase, tik tak:

Probably matter of days or weeks before the bubble is burst. Then the panic selling began. However, I think it will be just like $950 price only and not lower. So its still a good price to buy for some and investors will take advantage by being a bag holder of bitcoin. I'm just hoping that I still have a lot of money to buy when the burst happen.

When btc dump altcoins pump, thats the good thing will happen also. So its good to invest your other btc in altcoin, and never put all your money in just one basket.
But not always when the bitcoin price drops then the altcoin price will go up. It can not be guaranteed to always happen. Because it is highly possible that altcoin prices weaken as bitcoins also weaken

The numbers of shills are steadily increasing

What makes you think there is a bubble?

Indeed, price is pushed upward by Bitfinex deposit and withdrawal issues (I refer to USD deposits and withdrawals, obviously), just like it was pushed downward after that exchange got hacked in August last year. But I still don't think there is an actual bubble, and I don't think either that the price is going to fall as low as 950 dollars per coin this time. Personally, I don't expect it to go substantially below 1,100 dollars since there is strong support in the range of 1,000-1,100 dollars (at least, not for long). Of course, if some really bad news hits the fan, the price could potentially go lower but that would have nothing to do with bubbles

if panic sell happen , i will do keep calm , and focus see market ,, see volume buy and sell order ,, if buy order increase no decrease it's good because panic sell not long,, and predict can up again ,, but if buy order decrease and volume sell order increase ,, you must set limit sell , decrease loss ..

Yes, that's a very good decision. However, I think you also need to think about the benefits you can get from such situations. You can sell a bit of bitcoin you have, or wait for the price to dump, and buy in large quantities. If you believe the bitcoin price will go up, then it will benefit you.

of course this type of dumping and buying the coins are really risky for all. just imagine if 1 bitcoin is price 1000$ and 1000 users sold it just for 10$ then that will crush the price absolutely to very low amount. the price in every exchange is formed with the users demand and supply on the market for the coins. it is the reason which also makes the high and low price

This is a typical thing in any market. A panic sell is quite normal, and a recovery usually always follows. You'll always see action from panic trading, that's where the money is to be made for the level minded players.

It's a normal scenario to see people doing this thing and when others are already riding the panic. Those big buyers are going to take the advantage of it, they are going to ride with it and after selling some of their coins, when the price starts to become low again it's now the job for them to buy back.

I think that panic selling is something that is widely known in the traders community, not only in altcoin traders community, but in forex and stock ones too.
Everybody who is into the markets and charts have seen somehow a big amount of packages which contained massive sell orders. People just dumping the asset to bail-out as fast as possible, to cover their funds.
It happens at all the markets, and is inevitable. The crowd tend to do that, because one important news may decrease trust to some company, or just a organization.
It sometimes mean that the drop caused by some news is a great way to buy-in, because the price is decreased and that is just a fake-signal for bears.

That's right, it's just a usual thing in my mind, but there some manipulate to make a panic selling for a lot of the traders caused by FUD from some whales or market dumping, and it's not running with natural
It's bad in my mind although that's a part of crypto.

Yes , mostly the newbies are not knowing what actually happens when big punp or dump occurs that why most newbies get rode along the panic of selling.
