Intense intentions, do not hesitate. And always listen to the advice of others, do not cover the ears of others as if you do not need their help.

In short, you have to be dedicated about quitting it and be true to yourself, don't fool yourself that you want to quit gambling but the other day, you will do gambling again and will just going to forget what you have promised to yourself that you are not going to gamble anymore. If you are just going to make fool out of you, then don't say that you want to quit gambling, just do gambling and don't stop until you don't have anymore money to be spend on your addiction, and I know that you one day that you will realized that if you quitted gambling for a very long time, then you do have a lot of money right now.

It is easy but some people just want to make it harder.Some people just cant snap out of their addiction because they are not determined enough to quit their addiction. Definitely, gambling is a drug, it's a serious addiction which can make an impact on own life. It may destroy money and time which are the best things in a life, so when someone lost his the precious things then he lost everything of his life. Try to avoid any Gambling Games, If you really want to Give up gambling then stay away from it. You could do outdoor activities, learn new things *not related to gambling*, sports and etc. there are a lot of ways to get gambling into your system. Just to share I have a cousin who is also addicted to gambling to the point that he even sold his own house. After that he enrolled into a rehab program for gambling addicts, After a year he's out and he committed not to gamble again. Now, he regain what he loss. THe process was hard it took him like 2 years to cover all his losses. Dedication is the key.
