Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency?

Bitcoin wont be replaced by any other crypto currency,i do accept that and in fact ETH is not a currency but a smart contract platform,but when it comes to Zec ,i really doubt it is really an anonymous currency at all,i heard some fishy things about their vision on how to install a backdoor and so on,so i will strongly avoid the coin and try monero or dash.

It is very difficult to answer the question since you do not give a time frame, if we are talking about thousands of years then yes bitcoin is going to be replaced but if we are talking about the next ten years then I think the answer to that question is no, because even if a new coin appeared with better technology than bitcoin it will be very difficult to get all the people behind it the same way that the people are supporting bitcoin at the moment.

Yes it make sense. But I think it is impossible that there'll be no one to use Bitcoin in the future. Like, it may be replaced by other cryptocurrency due to public and market's demand, but thinking that it will be no longer used by anyone, that's quite impossible. After the fork, BCC is climbing its way up quickly, for this reason, BTC will be overshadowed by BCC if the pump continues.

I don't think there will only be one crypto being used exclusively, it will consist of an ecosystem with multiple cryptos with competing features. BTC I belive is here to stay as it was the first and has that brand name recognition behind it (even though it may have inferior features compared to other cryptos in the market). If cryptos become mainstream the masses will start flocking to Bitcoin as really it is the only one they know about or heard about.

Bitcoin is more popular now because there are altcoins that are existing as well, the ICO alone are generating a big
amount of contribution from the people and most ICOs requires BTC to invest and that makes more demand which will
eventually make bitcoin's price increased.

Anything can happen and it seems not unusual if someday there is altcoin that beat bitcoin, now bitcoin split into 2, one day can be split again so the chance of altcoin beat bitcoin is very big.

It may take a while but it will take a long time to replace the trust of bitcoin users, to other coins and it is not easy, requiring enormous movement to change the mindset of bitcoin users

I guess that the bitcoin shouldn't be replaced by another crypto currency and that most of those currenciess were looking over to bitcoin economy, so we really have the desire of not letting bitcoin as crap. Still we always wanted to promote bitcoin,  because all the tradings of altcoins will be to the top most price of bitcoin digit currency earnings. We appreciated how bitcoin dominates the other values of different coins depending on how strong is their platform is.

Bitcoin doesn't have any competition at a moment and may be the scenario would be the same for next few years too but we cannot be sure what will happen in future as there is a full possibility that in future bitcoin might get replaced by some new and innovative currency.

I think no. Maybe overpowered if the price of that cryptocurrency is higher to that of bitcoin and one important thing if it is independent of Bitcoin then and only then it can replace Bitcoin. For now, Bitcoin Cash is based on Bitcoins blockchain. Meaning it is just an altcoin of Bitcoin, not a totally new cryptocurrency. Bitcoin Cash is totally dependent on Bitcoin, it cant replace Bitcoin just yet.

It is possible that it can be replaced but Bitcoin is actively developed and has the most reputable name on the market. I imagine it would take a long time before it disappears (if ever).

You can think again, Does bitcoin replaced by another cryptocurrency. Maybe you already know the answer.  One main reason bitcoin is a mother of another cryptocurrency it's difficult to replace it for now . but nothing is impossible.

it is possible but maybe the one like alt coins can be replace like bitcoin because the price of bitcoin have too much disadvantage and its price is not normal in every year so we need to have an another coin when bitcoin dissappear

I think if bitcoin will be born again, what i mean is if bitcoin do restart again by where it is start it is more good but not same name.

Nothing is impossible. The definition of 'impossible' does not preclude any case. It is possible that one day a bitcoin will be replaced when its value or activity is less favorable than that of another.But instead of being replaced, bitcoin should be edited and fixed for better.

Bitcoin is still number 1 and would remain as it's used to be. It can't be replaced today, tomorrow and beyond! However, during the chain split (hard fork) on August 1, a new cryptocurrency emerged known as Bitcoin Cash aka BCC or BCH as a result thereof.

The possibilities are infinite, Yes it is possible but base on the statistics it would be far and hard to achieve. Bitcoin is the first crypto the was made my satoshi and I don't see my why do people always think that bitcoin will be replaced by another cryptocurrency?. As long as people use them and exchange it bitcoin will never be disappear. If soon bitcoin will get replaced by another crpytocurrency I think that it would be a long time to achieve that, we can see now some of the new altcoin and old altcoin that are trying to catch up with bitcoin are still far from reality to beat it. Why should bitcoin be replaced by another crypto currency, if it shows good results and opportunities? I hope that this will never happen. Bitcoin should be strengthened and grow to the delight of its fans and users. Altkoinov already under one thousand, however anybody from them can not be compared with bitcoin, even created recently BCC.

It could be surpass in terms of success but it will not be replace because it is the original and people are using it as they get the convenience which they have not experience staying on a decentralized system. Bitcoin also gives individual a chance to invest since experts predicted this that it will be going to be a high value asset as it continues to exist.
