I stop when I run out of money or when I make a huge amount of money. Most of the time it's because I have run out though.  I only gamble with faucet earnings most of the time so losing does not bother me, I find this is the best way to gamble.

If anyone has lost all the money in the site or in the wallet then there is no option than to stop so i would say only keep small amount in the online gambling sites so you know you cannot loose more than that whatever happens.

Depends on the day and how you are doing. As a slot lover I see the patterns. I put a limit to my bankroll which I will play in slots. I usually start with 300mBTC. And if I lose them all I am forced to quit. If I start winning it depends cause if I see a nice winning pattern I keep playing a bit more just after I see a bad winning pattern and then even if I am in profit I stop. That's my strategy.

I have a daily limit for bankroll.  This is the best way to at least give me a sign to quit playing.  Having  none will just eat up my money because you won't track your loses once you are enjoying the game.  Same thing with winning.  I have my limit too, once I hit the quota I will stop playing.   Stopping while winning!

We are not the same sometimes if you are in the excitement you will be greedy that can trigger to invest more instead of stopping.
Almost all games are addicted game unlike in dice game its a boring game for me but if you experience of luck there and made lost because you greedy and you are thinking you want to recover those loses that turning into lose more..
So better to set how much is your limit and consider either you are lucky to day or not better to stop..

When you know you earn enough though its hard to do so because for sure you are enjoying and you want to get more.
But then if you don't think wise and let your enjoyment matter then time will come your earning turns to nothing because you will lose, that is gambling like.

I think it make profit or lose as much as you're willing to. If you start feeling scared or uncertain, wait it out and see if a later seed will work out better for you and the another advantage is that there are only so many matches a day that you can bet on. So that it will be less tempting to exceed your daily limit.

That's the whole hell of problem gambling.  A lot of people don't realize that gambling addiction is very much like drug/sex/food/etc. addiction.  In people who are prone to it, it produces massive amounts of dopamine in the midbrain and you get hooked on that.  So if you're at the point where you can't walk away from the craps table (or you name the game), you're likely in the problem zone and it's time to walk away while you still can.

I have never been able to not be in the stock market, and I'm hooked on it.  I have not lost everything, though.  Bitcoin trading I can take or leave.

good idea mate if you can control losing only 30% of your bankroll and you can stop that's very good, as many gamblers can't control their self when they already playing making them very aggressive when losing the game ending it to lose everything, might be needed to know when to stop as the OP's question, for me i just place or deposit an amount that i'm willing to lose so whatever happen it is all for fun, stopping when lose everything or already satisfied with certain amount when winning.

you can also use the automatic betting systems so that you can remove any emotions of yours involved in the process. you decide once about how much to bet and how much to lose like the 30% that you mention here and then tell the bot to always follow these rules and unlike the human the bot will always stick to the paln and never bets more than it is supposed to.
