This is a good topic, because it's actually quite complicated. I'm so tired, but the bottom line is that people have limited and different type of comprehension level, so they can cleverly be mislead. The funny thing is that despite this, most people think that it's the others who are being mislead.

I would if it's from a credible news tv show but if it came from newspapers or internet then expect that it is probably fake.

Or do you think media is independent ?

I think media is a sort of business and because of that we cannot just rely of the news if it is really true or not. Especially when the news is like the administration or for the people who is so famous or whatever it is, they can always pay the media to the deliver a fake news so that they won't get caught of the real happenings. And because of that we can't really believe on the news because some of it is bias.

As long as cash or money is involved, corruption will always creep in... There are also writings that proved media can be manipulated by means of extortion... They will threaten the person who had gone wrong then try to ransom their name so that they will not be exposed in the news... so sad that even news is sometimes bias.  As long as there is peoples' opinion... bias will always be there.

I do not believe in news, because there are too many lies. All the owners of the media are ready to show for the big money what they will be offered even if this is not true.

Or do you think media is independent ?

I think that media is still in. A sense independent. There really has been division between the masses as yes some of it might appear bias but thats what you get when you try to sensationalize it. Howevr there are still reporters and news sources that try to uphold their morality and their impartiality.

Yes sometimes I believe to them but most of the time I did not easily believe. I mean, I will think deeply first about the news before I will make a decision whether I believe or not.

All the media are interconnected with people related to the power or government. Information are never neutral or at least they are filtered.
So when I start reading an article, I always check when does it come from.

You should believe the news only when it comes from reliable sources. Of course, if even once you discover that a source has been lying to you, you have to stop to consider it reliable.

NO do not believe the news nor the media. they twist or change the original story just to come up interesting but the thing is it is not really what happen. here in my country Media are corrupt they will do anything for money just to destroy other people.
Most news are not true and they're artificial only. They can twist the truth, or reverse anything for them to get the attention of the interviewers, or viewers. It hard to trust actually, And your right right! some of the journalist who has a big name in broadcasting news are corrupt because of money. Always remember that media can make you a popular from good or bad things.

Most of them are Jews-owned, or leftist-owned, and so are just pure propaganda. Some nice medias are not controlled. They're all from far-right.

I think media is a controlled information. Any thing that we see can be false information that those media company wanted to feed our brains. It can be any information that they want to bring to the people. It can be edited or just made up stories. Not all that we hear or see on tvs or radios are true.

There are news that is accurate sometimes, and also, there are news that are false. Sometimes, we need to do our own research to find out if there true or not. But somehow, we believe the news that is broadcasted on TV.

when we hear about the news reapot, I suggest that do not immediately believe it, because on the other hand this will make us trapped in ignorance that has been done by misrepresentation of reporter fig who targets the target in doing a job, and they will do various ways to have them have great topics

No media is fully independent or without bias or agenda. Ever since the Fairness Doctrine got repealed in 1985 the quality and reliability of the media has gone down.
