Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

To accept bitcoin as a salary I wouldn't. Fiat has no such jumps of prices and if the salary is in bitcoins it can be reduced by 30% in one day. It seems to me that it is better to get a Fiat and when you need to buy bitcoins when the price on them will be minimal.

If the job is just an online part time job then I might accept it. I dont want to be going full time and risk my salary into bitcoin. I would prfer doing the exchange myself.

I do not risk taking my salary into bitcoin, because its rate is too unstable and I can lose most of my honestly earned money. It is better to use it as an additional option for earning money.

I will not. It is not because I am not considering it. I think bitcoin price is not fixed so I guess it will not be effective for me. I want a fixed salary and if ever I want to invest on bitcoin I will buy it myself.

Yes I would love to accept bitcoin as my salary because I am trying to stock bitcoin as many as I can for my future purposes. As of now I only receive bitcoin by joining signature campaign I hope to see a lot of employers who is willing to pay bitcoin as a salary.

For now I won't accept btc as my main job salary because btc exchange is not always the same. But maybe as long as btc is at it's highest exchange I will.

For Regular Job? No because you cant be sure how much the exchange rate it will be when you receive it after your working 8 hours a day. what if you you have fixed 1 btc sallary every month and that month the btc exchange rate price is only 250$ would you be happy?. bitcoin today has no stable price yet to make it use as a sallary for daily regular job. so NONONO for me.
I agree with you sir, I have the same thoughts when I first saw this thread. Having btc as a salary means that you will have a fluctuating salary, why? simple because the rate of btc is moving every minute, and you can never be sure of the amount that you will recieve at the end of the day. Also, there will be no fix rate for you salary, therefore it will be harder to manage and monitor compared to having a fix and liquid salary. Another point why having btc as a salary is a bad idea is because btc is not liquid, which means that it is harder than cash to be liquidated, and you cannot expect to be able rely on it anytime you need money during an emergency.

Bitcoin is a relatively new currency, so not everyone in the world knows about bitcoin. Therefore I personally want in salary with bitcoin. Why, because over time bitcoin will be known throughout the world.

Perhaps I would accept is as a bonus or extra, but for now I would rather get paid in regular fiat as quite a few things in my life depend on the salary you know. If bitcoin indeed would implode, then the impact could be significant even though it sounds cool to be paid in bitcoin.

I really see no problem with accepting bitcoin as my salary. It depends on each employee's decision. Bitcoin being volatile or not, I can decide to change my money to fiat once received or just keep part of it as savings. It is just the same thing as buying bitcoin with my fiat currency. Moreover, developments like these will make bitcoin gain more ground eventually when the top dogs rely on it mostly as currency and for transactional purpose.
