Going on 8 days now with 7 cores out of 8 grinding ~580 H/m without a single block. By far this is the hardest coin to mine ever. check your version and make sure that your always at the updated wallet, after that, everyday check on the node list under "Blockchain" on the wallet, and find ur IP. if your IP doesn't appear there, it might mean that your mining for nothing the past few days. I got pruned off the node list some days ago at 700h/m average and it didn't get me anything as well for days... Node list has nothing to do with it. Just luck.

There might be a pool soon. With some help from devs we have been able to adjust the stratum mining. I am currently testing the pool; statistics say that I am @ 50% of needed share. Because I didn't find a block yet, I didn't release the pool yet. If anyone want to help/test the pool PM me or send me a message, I will send you the url then.
So here are some basic informations: - hashrate for farmers are not accurate/jumping a lot - I changed personal hashrate to hashes per minute instead of hashes per second (description still missing) - total shares needed for finding a block: it is saying we need 13 shares in total -> I have to adjust the pool settings for that, but I checked the sql and it is inserting the tiny shares -> because of low shares you won't see that you are sending shares on the pool until you have reached 0.5 shares, then it wok jump to 1 submitted share - pool fee for testing: 0%
If you would like to test, please keep the following in mind: The pool is under testing right now. After finding a block we will know if the pool is working correctly or not
My personal hashrate for testing is about 1.3kh/min and I am testing for almost 12 h now. Efficiency is about 98.8%
Greetings Testbug
Good news! Thank you So far we have 6 registrations/tester for the pool. As a bonus for all the testers, investing hashrate and energy i would like to offer you 1 month 0% pool fees if you want to mine more on my pool. Of course you don't have too but maybe you want to effectstocause has spotted some problems with email notifications/registration email. I have unlocked all registered persons (sry for that) and i will have a look on the emails this evening. Here is a screen of the pool, we didn't find a block yet but let's hope the settings are right Informations: - Personal share rate: kh/m - Pool share rate: kh/m (got fixed this evening, that you effectstocause for informing me ) - Shares: Because the difficulty is so low, it seems like MPOS has some problems with showing the shares. Every submitted share (atleast for me) is about 0.002 of 1 share. I will have a look on this and change it to a more reliable value, because i know we all want too see on pools, that we are actually transmitting shares - Pool workers: this is actually showing the right amount of miners - Global Hashrate: MPOS has some configs for receiveing the current global hashrate. Sadly, on Verium (i am not blameing the devs ) this command got removed. I have some ideas how to get global hashrate, but so far please use your own wallet for global hashrate checks

To be honest I really hope getting listed on an exchange is delayed as much as possible because it gives us time for us early adopters to mine the hell out of it first.

Sadly, on Verium (i am not blameing the devs ) this command got removed. I have some ideas how to get global hashrate, but so far please use your own wallet for global hashrate checks I have a linux machine (cpuminer-verium) and windows machine connected currently (windows using generic miner with -a scrypt:1058476) connected to pool fine! For fun of it compiled cpuminer-verium on Raspberry Pi B+ and it is submitting shares, but in the worker configuration tab it has an X next to it, most likely hashrate is too low! http://i.imgbox.com/VEHfZSgp.jpgNow all that's left is to find some blocks together =) To be honest I really hope getting listed on an exchange is delayed as much as possible because it gives us time for us early adopters to mine the hell out of it first.
It's a double edged sword IMO if the early mine goes too long and people think they've 'missed out'
EDIT: @testbug Incase it helps, my miner logs indicate that the rejected shares happen right after a new block is issued - so most likely the miners are submitting a couple of shares for the old block which are getting rejected - I have similar reject rate to pool as whole so far. http://i.imgbox.com/ECBChRR8.png

Supply is 600k atm (most from ICO). No max supply but constant dropping block rewards until supply is 1/10th of VRC which is 27.8M VRC at the moment.

so there are no max supply for vrm? hmm The price now is so high, so when the coins are mined, the price will be much lower, I just watch this coin, but don't buy

Pool: Thank you for testing the pool. We are over 500% of estimated shares finding a block. I suggest you move your miners back to your wallets if we don't find a block in the next few hours, might be waste of cpu power right now. I will have a look on the logfiles and the shares that got submitted, maybe i can find the reason why we didn't find a block yet. I applied 0% pool fee, fixed on the accounts, on all registered miners. The pool will get checked by me again in 2-3h and i will post here again. If we didn't find a block please move your miners, i don't want you to burn your powers Nice too see, that VRM is on bittrex, price is much higher than i thought it would be

so there are no max supply for vrm? hmm No but the supply and inflation rate is pretty low.
