Started to mine ETN and then this happens.
 "Miner threads hangs, need to restart miner!

SO i did... not only once but like a lot.

and nothing happens. it's not mining at all..

I am always amazed at the level of entitlement displayed by people who get things for free. Especially when they use those things to make money for themselves. You do realize that Tytanick's company incurs costs for anyone using the system right? He's not running a charity but providing a service and operating as a company. Given that, costs incurred by freeloaders would have to be passed on to paying customers. So, why should I, as a paying customer, pay higher rates so that you can continue to use "old" features for free? Not to mention the additional costs (again, passed on to paying customers) that would be incurred to even allow such segregated functionality to exist. Tytanick has always been clear that the system would cost money and I can't recall any past indication that there would be some level of free service. If you think $2 per month per rig is too much, you can choose not to use the system. You're probably not in the target market anyway. There are plenty of other free tools out there to choose from. Maybe try one of those.

No offence but if someone enter grocery shop and sees price label on the product, then just take it and leave the shop without paying..
You know what people calling this ? Stealing. And You know what ?

Anyway the answer to your question about blocking users that are STEALING from me is pretty obvious
I did 2 months or more simple alert that "please pay becasue you have < 0 $ on your account.
For most people that helped but i still see some people that just dont give a fuck and they still steal ...
I dont and i wont turn their rigs or change pool address becasue i am not that kind of human.
So i will be disabling dashboard in all people who has negative balance on their account.
I al lowering the negative balance block treshold every day.
So everyone that didnt pay will be eventually blocked.
And one mote thing
All those rigs that has negative balance are beeing marked. So changing and jumping to different email account wont be possible for those "clever thiefs"
I am not greedy but i see possibility to help my family and my nearby friends with some finance Because cash isnt everything that you need to have in this world.
Also, the future harder and more "power" consuming features will be extra paid for those who are using it.
For example the future API wont be for free and thats becasue cloudflare is taking really high cash for protecting simplemining.net from ddos and hacking.

Anyway .. IF you want use free system then i suggest to use windows - it is "better" and faster and totally free
You can also use own linux and make it for free, make some php coding for free etc. Everything is free accually

And those who are paying without saying anything, thx for not complaining how 2$ is expensive for you and your rigs
Meaby i should rise 2$ to 5$ per rig ? Why now? mining is now so proftable right now . (kidding ofcourse)

so far im very pleased with SMOS - i got a rig of MSI Titanium 1070TI cards operational in record time, and overclocked safely to +205/+650/130W for ~500sol per card

I want to overclock further, but im not sure how to recognise if/when ive clocked too far. does SMOS crash, reset the clocks, or otherwise report the error rate?
