The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Is there a way to include older NVIDIA GPU support in the new image for the RX series (400-500 and new 5000 series)?

I have room for a few more gpu's in my rig but only have some 1060s and 1070s. LOL

I want to leave a review. I ran into a problem that the OC did not work for me. Rig 13 AMD cards on 3 PSUs of 1000 watts. I turned to support, where they told me that 2 PSU would be enough for me. I did so - as a result, my rig burned out. I bought a new 2 power supply, switched to HiveOS, where in the tech support chat they explained to me that I have a stock BIOS in the cards and 2 PSUs are not enough. They helped flash the cards and set the correct overclock.

3000W for a 13 GPU is quite a lot Smiley) What cards are, Rx580?
Sorry for you, but I think your power supplies were faulty from the beginning. Couldn't you replace them under warranty?

Thanks for your participation in my problem. Yes, XFX 580 8 gb. I just left a review about what happened, I don’t blame anyone, but now I know - need to pay for experience and knowledge. I had 3 power supplies - the moderator told me to connect two, because this is enough. As they later explained to me - my cards consumed two kilowatts on the stock bios, and therefore a short circuit happened. Peace for everyone Smiley

13 RX580's IF properly setup, should use less than 1500watts total. Don't even need to mod bios to get it to that level. LOL

I understand you bro. I had a problem with bios(Powercolor 588 with micron MT51J256M32 Red Dragon), he told me to use the Polaris bios editor one-click. As a result, one bios in cards died. (:

I dont understand the policy of this OS. Phoenix and Claymore advertise them, but SMOS admins say that these miners are bad  https://imgur.com/OAbCQpH and recommend trm https://imgur.com/Tlk89rl   apparently someone was paid for it.

Well, we do not have any agreement with any of those three miner developers.
I am adding most wanted by users miners and they can choose what they want.
If you look closer, there are small differences in real hashrate but this is also hard to test as mining speed is not constant Smiley
There is not any idea to promote any of miners as this is bad idea...
It is best to test those yourself Smiley

If you want some stats of currently active mining programs:
70% claymore-eth
28% phoenixminer
<1% gminer
<1% bminer
<1% t-rex
<1% ethminer
<1% nbminer-nebutech
<1% ewbf

This is the “normal” behavior for him  Smiley cl kernel 3 in phoenix is bad, but ethconfig=b in trm is good  Wink https://imgur.com/fYCAF1n
