Hey Pie, if you PM us your account information we can help you out. Are there any considerations of just adding this to the site in the future? We can obviously all keep our own records, but it would be easier if it was on the site.

I 2nd this request, it's nice to have a full account history for tracking purposes, especially if it's already there, just not setup to show the entire history.

Hey, I have to say that I really am upset that I have gotten some withdrawals set without any fees. I would hope that at least it would be sent with .0001 and could be taken out of my balance. I deposit to bitbook every once in a while to look around at some bets but sometimes I need the funds elsewhere before placing wagers. Can you please re-evaluate this policy? It's a penny and I'd even be happy to pay it myself.

Hey Tennis, thanks for reaching out.
We include the fee amount recommended by the bitcoin client. The amount is calculated dynamically, based on current blockchain activity, and is intended to be the amount necessary for inclusion in the next block. We have found that it generally works quite well, but there have been instances when the blockchain gets super crowded and it can take a little while. Unfortunately predicting this can be somewhat difficult, and in our experience including a small fee of around .0001 could often not be sufficient in these times (and often we include fees higher than this, when recommended by the client).
I will pass along your feedback so we can discuss whether there is an opportunity to improve.

I will add that the site is fantastic except for occasionally getting the 0 fees with the transaction and watching block after block go by without my balance being sent. But the book is great and the odds superb. Also bitbook emailed me back with an explanation pretty fast and said they'd look into it so kudos on fast customer response time

Good stuff. I'm guessing NFL will still be #1, you'll get a lot of basketball action and a little NHL.

Is NCAA football included in the "Football" total or in "Everything else?" Football includes NFL, NCAA and CFL. We'll look at doing a breakdown by league in future blog posts. Today's NCAA games are getting a lot of action so get your bets in early at https://bitbook.biz/sport/21/football/873/ncaa

I was really referring to the deposit and withdrawal history mostly, as it falls off the summary after so many.

This was sort of what I was wanting too but I didn't want to be a pain in the a but the full bet history is awesome! Especially CSV.
