I hope that the ETC price will soon reach at least 0.01 btc, if calculated with bitcoin price then since I bought 2 months ago there is no increase, but I still be patient to hold ETC.

Well about your question you can check on this website http://blocktivity.info/  the developer of team need time to fix the scaling problem on ETC's blockchain, all of digital coins has this problem, should the ethereum classic to be better in this year based on their roadmap
ETCDEV's 2018 Ethereum Classic Roadmap

- Scalability through Sharding & Sidechains
- Internet of Things Optimization
- Mesh Networks
- Mobile Emerald Wallet

https://t.co/zZzN3X4n0y
But i don't know about it let's wait and see on this year.

I’ve seen people ask fundamental questions about ETC and not get any answers. Will ETC support DAPPs? Why is Calisto needed to implant side chains?

Does anyone think that this coin can replace the etherium in the future? Does this coin have a bright future? Is it worth investing in it?

I don't know if that masternodes' question deserve an answer, however, ETC has no masternodes, it's not a masternodes coin in any way and I don't know why you asked for masternodes.
The difference between eth and etc is in principles, etc want to stay immutable forever and ever and as decentralized as possible, eth isn't immutable since the DAO fork happened. ETC has maximum cap of 210,000,000 coins, ETH has no cap since it will go full PoS after casper upgrade, and other differences which are explained better if you join ethereum calssic slack or discord channel.
Dapps are already up and running on etc chain, this maybe will help you https://www.reddit.com/r/EthereumClassic/comments/7n93ue/is_there_a_list_of_dapps_currently_being/ .
"Why is Calisto needed to implant side chains?" The answer is: Callisto is a side chain

Precisely one month to go until the airdrop. ETC will most likely start moving soon.

Stratis: Same supply as Ethereum + Masternodes + ICOs + Bitcoin a Core Dev. 90% cheaper than Eth. Do the math.

I've not that kind of knowledge, it's better if you ask on ETC's discord/slack. What I know is, it's a separate chain with smart contract's based PoS and it can interact with ETC chain thanks to cross-chain transactions.
I think that if ETC is clogging (like we saw in ETH so many times), unconfirmed transaction will be redirected to Callisto? If I understood it correctly it's a great solution for scalability (it's an on chain solution, not like Raiden and Lightning which are off chain)

Wow thats really interesting, the cold POS is unique but i also really like the idea of scaling ETC too....because you're right ETH has had so many
issues of late from scaling.
