Hi! Newbie here from Australia! Found out about cryptocoins a couple of days ago and realised that my ancient 9800gt was a no go for BTC mining However got a cheap 5870 to get myself started with other coins

Hi, my name is Jonas and I believe that there might be better ways to earn money than mining Bitcoins. See this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=179723.0

Hi all,
I'm a long time (well a couple of years anyway) bitcoin user/enthusiast. But I've never posted on bitcointalk before because I didn't feel like I had anything to say. But I recently added a bitcoin related widget to the google play store so I wanted to let people know it exists in case anyone is interested.
I'm not sure, but I think this is probably the only place I can post right now, I'll be looking to see if/when I can create new posts elsewhere soon. And if/when I can post elsewhere I'll give more details. But in short I added a free widget to help monitor your p2pool mining from your android phone called p2poolwidget.
Thanks, -Ken

hi I'm a smalltime btc miner since 2011, been hoarding bitcoins ever since, I hope for the best with bitcoin's future, although I'm worried about scalability. Here's to a new world of opportunity afforded by btc!! Cheers!

South African checking in. I like to build things at random and haven't quite figured out where to put some more value in to the BTC ecosystem yet, but I mashed this together for a bit of of fun: http://bitcoinaddressbalance.com.
