Started mining in October, wish I had gotten in sooner. Anyways, I'm with cryptos for the long run, though for some reason I feel biased towards Terracoin (maybe it's the name or the fact my wallet address starts with my favorite number lmao). Happy mining!

Trade at C-Cex, my favorite exchange!          Aysyr Reputation Thread

hello, I am a miner, have been for about half a year, recently bought a BFL little single, really hope that works out.
Recently got into selling bitcoins that I had been accumulating.
Trying to figure out how to buy on mtgox though from the looks of it that site is kinda crappy to be honest.

How is sustaining any profitability for you going? ASIC has better hash power per USD than GPUs, I imagine?

Yes, Mtgox is a travesty!

Hello!! I am Acro!! I mine, buy and sell bitcoin! I also use it for purchases. I love the idea of it and the current crash and Ddos attacks on GOX have not swayed my mind at all. The powers that be are trying to bring it down but we will not let this happen!!! Power to the miners!!!

... so yeah, I was looking into solar powered mining (low wattage system does = to low hashing rate sadly) but that makes it basically 100% profit to me (unless I buy up the battery and panels)

Still confused by the concept of pool mining and what "shares" are

This topic might be helpful.

thanks, but how does the clients who present a valid proof of work? and what is "proof of work" isn't a correct hash = to a generated block? and what is stopping me from making a client work on a pooled block finding the correct hash, and calming it for itself instead of the pools?

I'm Probo. I'm an idiot that sold 25 bitcoins at $13 long, long ago and still has lingering butthurt from this. Oh well, best of luck for the future, yeah?

Greetings,

I'm a total newbie to Bitcoins in general but I know the smell of opportunity so let's see if I can't learn everything I need to know and, perhaps, make some money.
