When im trying to start pascalcoincuda_smXX, it closed (Problem BEX, module name msvcr120.dll). PascalCoanWallet said, that i dont have json-rpc clients. Thanks for your help.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

You need a patched version of the wallet that works with Vork's miner.
See a few pages back (page #55+) for details.

Not a block all day, two gpu's, 1060 and a 650 ti. Something nefarious going on. The quicker a reputable pool is
set up the better. IMO.

The 650 ti wallet has now set itself up as a server. Not going to be supporting the network
with no reward. I'll give another day or so.

It's also related to luck.
Only 2 blocks in the last 12h but around 11-12 in the last 24h (GTX 1060).

Ofc, dedicated rigs (4+ GPUs) have a lot more chances.
Also, I'm 99% certain that there are optimized kernels out there since Volk made his public.

The hashrate reported is not so accurate, as Vorksholk mentioned in one of his earlier posts.
I think that if you manage to get at least 1 nonce every 2-3 minutes you will find some blocks.

Not necessarily. With the current net hash being dominated by pretty much 2 farms, it is MUCH more difficulty .
I have a rig that has not found a block in 1/2 a day even though it finds many nonces ever minute.
Before the farm onslaught of bonbon and kermed, it was finding blocks every couple of hours.

Go Big or Go Home.

We need somebody smart to write an AMD miner to even out the distribution

Shutting down my miners, don't wish to support the network without any reward.
I'll wait for a pool to be created I suppose, for now I'm going to investigate another
coin to mine.

pascalcoin was a good coin to mine at some point but actually its becoming a insiders fest , no more fair distribution with that i think recalling me of the darkcoin fiasco at the start...

Yeah we need to find another CPU mineable coin that has promise and can't be GPU mined.

I think a pool for this coin will have to have so crazy high resources in regards to Disk I/O and Network I/O.
Unless it's written from scratch and using a custom miner software and not the standard/modified current ones out.

Amd miner yet?

wth, are you going to ask for this every single day, like a parrot?

on: October 10, 2016, 02:46:56 AM
Waiting for OPENCL. No more Cuda card here.

on: October 11, 2016, 10:58:21 AM
Still waiting for an AMD miner.

on: October 12, 2016, 04:44:20 AM
NO amd miner yet? anyone?

on: October 13, 2016, 08:40:33 AM
Amd miner yet?

 Huh

Will ask again tom. wait and see.

LOL.. maybe parroting will help..ANY AMD MINER OUT THERE?!

i think the problem right now is the absence of at least 1 exchange, without BTC exchange rate/value, AMD miners developers might not prioritize making GPU miner for this coin because without BTC valuation, even a miner with fees will not pay off or there will be only few miner software buyers (if miner is sold per copy)

unless they see that mining pascal coin even without an exchange (yet) will pay off or at least speculate that it will.

so in my opinion an exchange plus people buying this coin will hasten miner developing for AMD and NVIDIA (optimization)
