Hey there, well let me tell you from my point of view,
Worst scenario is for instant price drop when goes live @ trading , what happent with SYS, usually decent ICOs do a instant double, triple score,
Decent ICOs , rICO, IPO , with whale support can go way beyond of that but not that much instant,

The chance to lose all your money is ICO turned to be a scam , never deliver /fail to deliver etc

Conclusion from my knowledge so far (since 2013) ICONOMI is a decent one , seems will do it well at trading also.
What im doing so far , follow up like crazy your investment news/hypes everything contribute with any way you can, and at double/triple get back your starting investment amount + 50% , and see where it goes the rest of it...

So - what exactly do you buy in the ICO and how does the token / coin profit if:

a) the index fund performs and tracks the market reasonably well or if money flows into the fund;
b) the actively-managed fund outperforms the index or if money flows into the fund;
c) the fund platform gains public acceptance and is used by other participants.

With ICO you buy "shares" of ICONOMI. An Asset Management Company (AMC) that will build ICONOMI.index and ICONOMI.performance funds to start with. And then Fund Management Platform (AirBnB for AMC).

a) index fund performs just the way market performs. S&P 500 performs well when whole economy performans well. When everything goes bust, S&P doesn't work well either. the more money flows in, the more maintanence fees and therfore the more profit.
b) INDEX.performance will invest into "new born companies" in the new economy. ICOs as of now. Here better decision of investment will be more cruical at the beginning. Later more money inflow will be needed as well.
c) that's the ultimate goal. and win for everyone

This is completely false. The only thing that can be embedded in and Ethereum contract is Ethereum based assets such as MKR, REP and DGX. Every other crypto will have to be held in custody in centralized hot and cold wallets managed by we don't know who (no information provided). The whole matter of how funds will be handled is completely ignored in spite of the fact this is probably the most important aspect of this project.

No detailed whitepaper yet. But in general 4/6 multisig for most of assets that support multisig. Keys distrbiuted among 6 trusted individuals. Individuals might be different for each asset. Physically at least 50km apart in case of natural disasters. In multiple european countries in case of political instability (low probability, but still), and most likely one key will be on another continent.

I was thinking about ICONOMI and as it won't be another altcoin so it
won't have high volume in trading shares maybe you will consider something like that:
-5% of profit goes to buy shares from market and BURN ICONOMI shares

-their shares rise in value overtime is worth to buy them now and hold
-they dividends will rise in value because there will be less and less ICONOMI on market that was not burned
-it gives ICONOMI buy support all time and people who want  out will do it without crashing market

more prestige more wealthy clients will come and use stuff that ICONOMI develop

For sure ICONOMI at early stage will have lower profits - over time trading volumes should increase

There are still 18 days until the ICO phase will end but 10million is way too far.

Even though there is 5% bonus currently I think that the big traders have invested on the first ICO phase.
