what is the max retweets we can do? and is it/hour or day? i mean something like 2 retweets/hour or something like that

Let's put it that way. Imagine your friend who is checking Twitter once every 2 days comes and retweets whatever amount of tweets. You are following him on Twitter. When would you say "damn, he is spamming again with ICONOMI". That will be definition of spam.

so that means my last night tweets has banned me. never thought there would be a new rule at the end of bonuses phase.

Most of his accounts probably fell in the like vs retweet trap already.  
Also, as mentioned by OP a few posts before, they will ban whichever account seems bot-like, and you'll have 3 days to appeal.
So you'll be able to make a complaint if you happen to be banned.

I think there's a reason why the team doesn't disclose the details of their bot-catching strategy here on BCT.
EVERYONE READS BCT. So it's either you insist, get more details and give the spammers another chance to get away with their -undue - bounties, either you just sit on it and wait for the problem to be solved.
Your call, but so far the team is doing pretty good work with this. This tweet was a brilliant idea.

I guess you'll just have to wait and trust them on this one.

IMHO it is not really hard for them to find it, they will just need to check the IPs of the accounts created in their site and they will found out who were the users with multiple accounts and ban them from recieving the bounty. hopefully they will ban them when ICO ends where those users won't have enough time to create new accounts

Not really new rules. Spam is never welcome. Not in email, not with 100 solicitors ringing ur door bell and selling you crappy stuff every day, not with people spamming ICONOMI bounties.

What is new here is that we are defining rules and setting traps around to catch spammers. Btw: we have strategies to find and eliminate spammers, but they won't be disclosed until ICO ends - in order to prevent abuse of those rules again.

Once ICO ends, we'll tell everyone if they're accepted or banned from receiving bounties in 3 days. Those who got banned will have 3 days to appeal. At the end of 6th day resolutions will be final.

I believe we'll find 95% of spammers with all the techniques.

This is a disaster and it will not be fair if the ICONOMI does not act firmly. This is very detrimental to or give bad effect to those who play it safe. ICONOMI may act in ways that are very good and can improve the system or tighten the ad system is created

This is a good way to catch bots, but some cheaters do not use bots, they tweet manually, which are difficult to be banned and caught. They are the cancer of ico market.

not giving bounty altogether is better than big dumps of ICN tokens by scammers when its available for trading. it will only add to investors agony during initial period.
