Looks like to ICO is picking up more money in the last days I expect it to go above 6million easily.

Some people are skeptical about this project from the start of this therefore when the project is taking alot of investment, some more people jumped in at the last minute and expect to get something good from this hype. Everyone in the end is seeking for profit, nothing more than that

Probably they will, they have high standard over transparency however if it is too attacking then probably it wont. Theya re on the brink to complete their ICO soon so they probably hope that there wont be any problem to this , this is solely my opinion and it doesnt reflect on what they will be doing in AMA

Haha... Well, the last minute hasn't arrived yet; and what hype are you speaking of?  Wait till the PR begins, ICN collected all this just from bounties and a BCT thread; this is still nearly a secret. There have been zero formal news posts and I'm not even sure they've chosen a PR firm yet.  I'd like to see it go past the 10k BTC mark so we lock in the "accelerated  launch schedule".

ICN isn't an American company, and therefore isn't regulated under the SEC.
Erik T. Voorhees is an American, and was therefore fined for selling unregistered securities in the USA.
As an American, your money is free to travel the globe, although our bodies are not.
Also... The only state currently being utterly stupid about crypto's is New Hampshire.

If ICN were to want listed on American Securities Exchanges, then they would need register... which may be a great idea!

It was a random joke, that's why I put jk, which means just kidding. Someone did put 1000 Btc, which has been talked about a lot, so I thought I'd make a joke claiming to be the one. But nooooo.

Oh I see. I just checked, it was with another coin. But nice to know what the top one is. Of course like you said, you can't know if one person sent from different addresses.
