If you are referring to blog post, then this is the official statement. The guy who wrote it, Jani Valjavec, is CO-FOUNDER of Iconomi ICO.

I think it's super nice to have the "total $ amount" there live to estimate the total current value of what was collected....
everyone has a record of what the prices were during the last 72 hours on coinmarketcap... calcs simply cannot be done untill bank tx are done.

What is happening with price of coins (BTC/ETH/LSK) after ICO is totally irrelevant. Because we're looking at the average of last 72hours of our ICO. Lisk can now go down to zero or up into triple digits range or higher. You will still receive same amount of ICN if you invested with LSK.

I can understand price to go down actually. Its very normal as people will be dumping it. What i would like to see however is the full transparency and follow the roadmap timeline. Now if we see some price increase in the later months as expected due to its feature then its a success

thats right theres a time for the project to be develop so as time goes by and the project are implemented we need to see more uprise with the value its the normal ways of crypto project the more the dev present usage the more value the coin will gain so it is just almost a week so we can expect dump side of the project but like what you've said results will state itself regarding to value if the road plan has been hit inside the target.
