Very true, they treat real support well, if there is zero tolerate to spammers, the future ICO will have less spammers and less dumps, they need to know to say NO to spammers.

Any possible reason like what you did before this suspension happen?
Maybe you are caught cheating on bounties like having different twitter accounts or something. i don't see why an ICO account will be suspended aside from cheating on bounties.

I am thinking the same, highly possible that the account got suspended because they try to abuse the bounties and/or they use bots and the bots retweeted the tweet which shouldn't be retweeted, same case on facebook post

There was about that in telegram if you don't have button means you have pressed it already.
Team will manually add some bounties no matter if you have it pressed or not depends on bounty.
To get facebook tweeter bounty you need press claim.
To get translation signature you PM in BTT
To get blog you post code in blog

I don't think he invested any amount into the project, because some that has already invested some BTC into the project is not a bot and has a stake in the project already and will be treated as an investors
