The question is: this 135k token will be pay all people who buy iou? And all token in iou put to sell at the same price?

When liqui receives the 135k ICN, then hopefully they start honoring ICN withdrawals and deposits.

IOU trading is not a problem, it's a sign of crypto markets maturing.  

The only potential problem with it is: can the issuer of the IOU be trusted not to run a fractional reserve, get hacked, or run off with the deposits?  This is a problem with any centralized exchange, not just ones that trade IOU.

Liqui has yet to prove itself as trustworthy, but the practice of trading IOUs has been around for hundreds of years.

It's not even about being legit and proving themselves, it's about the relentless spam, and the obviously fake quotes from their spammer that sound like, "A beautiful girl saw me trading IOUs at Liqui on my phone at the park and she then gave me her phone number. We're going out on a date tonight."

I think only few believers will hold, while most people who bought ICO tokens will sell  if the price is reasonable enough to make a quick profit.

I think only few believers will hold, while most people who bought ICO tokens will sell  if the price is reasonable enough to make a quick profit.

A lot investors do it: don't holding coins, selling at enough price and moving to a new coin.

Paper wallet is indeed easy and totally possible.
It's the safest wallet there is imho.
As long as you have the keys or qr code you're good.
I have mine prepped and ready.... printed out several while offline

Hahaha of course some people will sell their ICN especially participants bounty if only holds ICN under 5K / 10K they would sell
While holder will keep the token to gain dividends if they get dividends as expected they will keep holding otherwise if the dividend does not match their expectations may sell.
