One question - will exchanges be eligible for dividends or will only the ones who hold them of exchanges or on ICONOMI website be eligible?

Firstly, you cannot use exchanges to receive icns.
If you use some wallet such as myetherwallet. You can receive dividends in that Wallet in ETHs. Also if you decide to keep them in iconomi itself, you'll still receive dividends. Most probably, you would get dividends  in a eth online Wallet by iconomi.

Why wouldn't you be able to use exchanges to receive ICN if it is listed there?

It's written on Iconomi website that you cannot use exchanges. I don't the exact reason. But if iconomi has stated it, there must be a valid reason behind it.

To everyone those who were asking about exchange. I emailed Bittrex asking about ICN exchange.

We gauge demand based off of tweets, hash power, length of bitcointalk thread, volume on other exchanges, etc. Follow us on twitter @bittrexexchange and tweet about how much you like this coin and Bittrex. We respond to creative and insightful posts to help market your favorite coins and Bittrex. I'd also consider coming to our irc channel #bittrex on irc.freenode.net and do some guerrilla marketing. The traders there can help you gain exposure for your coin.

Either iconomi hasn't yet contacted bittrex or they are on NDAs.

I request developers to contact bittrex if they haven't.

The other conditions specified like btt length, popularity are easily qualified by Iconomi.

I hope we will see exchanges soon after ICN launch ( expected launch of ICN -25 October ).

Anyhow, I would not be dumping my 2k + ICNs. I just posted this to help those asking these questions.

2. Decision for a coin is taken on basis of length of btt ( very long for iconomi ), tweets ( iconomi team regularly tweets and many people are demanding exchanges)

I don't joke. The exchanges don't want to accept ICN because it was carried to securities because of dividend payouts.

Crypto exchanges wont be able to sell or carry this, because it is a preferred share, and while they are Fincen licenced, they are not SEC registered broker dealers!

It isn't problems with ETH network, developers try to solve this problem. Therefore play for time.

If they don't manage to solve it only that YOBIT will be able to accept them.

ETH got problems, there are several sources, where are your sources btw? If you cannot back the things you claim it is worth nothing.

Yes lisk raised to 6X ICO, and waves was 3X ICO.

Waves was never 3x the ico price, even worse, they were BELOW ico price

ICN to 100x ICO

Do you know that if you've invested in the ICO, you will receive tokens (or shares if you prefer) that will enable you to receive dividends on whatever profit ICONOMI will make with their investment funds?

IF the token doesn't get listed (A BIG IF...), it absolutely doesn't matter since the co-founders will still receive their dividends.

And IF (AGAIN A BIG IF...) the token doesn't get listed, ICONOMI like any other seed & investment funds company, will arrange an "exit strategy" for the investors & co-funders only.

THIS. I honestly doubt it gets listed there, mycelium is trying to get listed since forever and they get the same reasons. they are listed on bitsquare though.
