Update from Telegram.
ICNs would be definitely released within 1 week. It appears tere are chances that it is released in a day or two.
Here's what Jaka said,

It appears that team of developers are working hard to find a solution.
So the network is still not stable now? I hope no delay. |

Or you set it to receive via SMS. There is no "both" option. Because each option comes with it's own risks. |

I'd guess that something like this would happen, some people will surely use some addresses are not recommended to get token ICN ..I hope dev making an article clearly to simplify everything |

What is wrong with people withdrawing to exchanges? As long as the exchange added Iconomi, it shouldn't be a problem, or should it? Just like withdrawing rep or any other ethereum based coin to polo should be fine as far as I'm concerned. Myetherwallet or mist will probably provide a same type of address anyway. Can you please clarify this? |
