I am only interested in purchasing BTC in Venezuela. A google search turned up a recent thread on this forum. Please whitelist me, if possible.

Thanks.

Hi, I have registered couple days ago. I want to ask a technical question, or even start a discussion, even if I wont get to the white list I don't care because I'm just 3 posts to Jr.

I'm a regular Bitcoin user already mining since last year with about 0,5 Gh/s, I have interested lots of my friends in bitcoin, two of them are actually mining now with more than 2Gh/s together.

I have already paid with bitcoin for my lunch once Smiley (friend wanted to pay for me and take bitcoins instead)

Oh, and I'm a HPC Linux admin for a living, but I spend tens or even hundreds of hours reading and watching about bitcoin technology and community.

So I hope I'm advanced enough to post here and in other categories, and I'm writing here just because I don't want to post useless and boring just to get to the right forum part.

Hereby, my request to get whitelisted. Recently I bought the X6500 mining board. I just contacted Mr. William (FPGA Mining LLC) who told me there is a possibility to get whitelisted. Till now I asked all my questions to fpgamining directly, but it is also convenient to ask questions on this forum (especially the X6500 Custom FPGA Miner thread). Thank you

I may even be on the wrong in this, but I think everyone who wishes to post a thread on some specific forum sub-section may aswell post it in the Newbies forum instead of just asking to be whitelisted.
If it has merit I bet it will earn you the whitelist + be moved into the correct forum Wink

This +1. I have been fairly lenient in whitelisting provided the person give me ample reason to.

I am requesting to become Whitelisted.

The proof I have that I am not a Troll is I am interested in conducting further research in to Fpga Bitcoin mining. I am interested in finding the most efficient way of mining bit coins as per power consumption cost/ bandwith/ hardware costs. If you could please whitelist me so I can learn more about how to effiently mine bit coins I would really appreciate it thanks Cheesy

Been bitcoining for about a year (since 1BTC==$14) and getting more involved lately in the fora. Netizen since late 80s, and got intrigued during the 90s about the cypherpunk gedankenexperiments. Had almost given up on the concept when I heard of Bitcoin.

Would like to respond to thread about DragonCon, as I'll be attending with my son who is also a BTC buff. It would be good to get some meatspace association with alternative con's.

hi there,
i would like to be whitelisted, i have been interested in btc since it was like 10c per coin,
oh how things have changed since then. i am an active btc trader and would like to
network with other traders as well as looking into getting into mining.
i want to either buy some bfl singles and upgrade them once the asic development is complete
or try to develop my own custom, low cost fpga mining solution (as if there's not a whole bunch of ppl trying to do that as well!)
i'm not much of a poster in forums, more of a lurker, but i would appreciate being whitelisted so i can
send pm's and put up a post in the marketplace about buying bfl singles and perhaps contribute to the fpga stuff going on Tongue

I would like to be whitelisted. I am very educated on the use/background of Bitcoin (even if I wasn't a quick Google would be able to fix that anyways right? Tongue), and have purchased/sold Bitcoins before. In addition to having my own wallet on my desktop, I've used several other online wallets such as TorWallet, etc.

I posted the post below in the Newbies forum but I think it would be better suited for the Mining forum and would like to post it there:
---------
"Hi,
I've read a lot about Bitcoin and have decided to try solo mining. I realize that it's a bit like playing the lottery now - probably not economical to do so, usually - but operational costs are not a concern for me at this time. However, I have run into problems with the bitcoin official client, bitcoin-qt.exe: after two unintended shutdowns, I got the error with the blkindex.dat file. I know I can clear appdata and reinstall it, but that requires spending hours downloading the blocks all over again each time, and I suspect further shutdowns may occur so it'll be quite a pain having to re-do it each time. I'm using guiminer and it seems to require this particular client for solo mining. Is there any other client with faster load times and/or a different miner I can try? Is it possible to solo mine with a light client, or no client at all?

Thank you."

Hello there.

I have been lurking around for some time (without Account). I have already made some transactions through the forum and would like to rate the sellers in their threads, so I would like to get out of here. It seems just fair to me that the traders get their ratings for their work.

Cheers

I would like to get be whitelisted.
I recently (8 months ago) started to get really interested in bitcoins.  I recently made an account so time would start tracking, but don't have a need to post too often.

I'd also like to be allowed in the forums, if this is possbile.

I am a developer that is looking to team up with people that are aware of how bitcoins and litecoins work to produce a nice game.

Thank you for your time.
