Please sir, I have done my time sir. May I be released sir? Sorry, you don't meet the requirements for preemptive whitelisting. It looks like if you browse around for 33 more minutes you will be released automatically, though.

Sure about that? it was the case when I posted that, yes. That's fine. I was just giving you crap. It takes up to ten minutes for the upgrade to happen automatically. if I erase all my posts will it lock me up again?
If you drop below 5 posts, yes.

Hello, I'm a web designer. I have my own personal account (not sure if multiple accounts are against the rules) but I created this shared account for my companies design services. If you could please lift the newbie restriction I would appreciate it, thanks ahead.

I'd be happy to be whitelisted (I ran an offshore datahaven and implemented blinded token money, and was at bitcoin 2013), but otherwise I'll just wait 3.5h.

I missed the part about posting once to get PM access, so that part is ok.
Still would love to be whitelisted soon so I can participate in the group buy. However, I may be able to PM him the infor on the order.

Hello, it would be great if I could get whitelisted, as I'd like to provide my review on a bitcoin service as long as the memory is still fresh before driving away for the next days.
As I know myself, I will forget it when I'm back so it would be cool to do it now.

I also seem to be having a problem posting, not sure if enough time has passed, or what was going on etc..
I've been following bitcoins for quite some time, and haven't officially signed up here back then (dumb) and really just lurked.
I was interested in getting in on the ASICMINER USB group buy, and possibly to buy some shares in ASICMINER, and needed to post to figure out how to do that (shares) and to find a group buy.
Thanks!

Dear moderators, would appreciate if you could whitelist me. I'm an experienced bitcoin user, was closely monitoring the community from Jan 2013 - mostly trading threads. Due to lack of time didn't have a need for posting, so were a silent observer. Trade bitcoin actively - observed the rapid increase in value in Feb-Mar and crash in Apr. Would be happy to provide further proof if needed - just don't want to fill the newbie board with meaningless posts. Thank you.

I am requesting myself on whitelist but also requesting that the requirement of "You must provide evidence that shows that you either understand more about Bitcoin than the average newbie, or that what you want to post can only be done in another forum. " to be less vague.
I believe can provide evidence that I understand more about Bitcoin that the average newbie. I just have no idea what kind of "evidence" you mean.
Some introductory info: -I think about, read about, and listen to BTC podcasts for at least several hours each day. -I am interested in starting a BitCoin micro-enterprise, but am remaining tight lipped about it at this early stage since other people are in the process of doing similar things and I don't want my ideas scooped. -I take special interest in the sociopolitical implications of BTC which flow from technological and economic factors. -I plan to watch the whole 2013 London conference when it goes streaming. -I am interested in the appraisal of alt-chains. Specifically, Litecoin and the perhaps uber-powerful Namecoin. I am interested in hypothetical NMC use cases.
May I get whitelisted? Point me in the right direction.

It's vague on purpose. The point is to prove that you somewhat know what you don't know about bitcoin, and that requires not giving specific examples of things to show that you know.
