I read this forum since months, and now that I need to PM someone, I have to wait.
Late on bitcoin buying, and now late on bitcointalk registering, when I will learn ?

I'm in the same boat.  I've been browsing this forum and mining for months, but never needed to actually post until today.

What GPUs you running Stealth?

I've been running 5870's since June last year and 7970s more recently on Litecoin.

I'm running two HD 7950's.  Actually, I've been running one for a while, just added a 2nd and now I'm getting crashes, which is why I'm trying to post and get help Smiley

Actually, it's quite ironic that I never registered to avoid talking for nothing and that I have now to do this at its climax...

You may have to dial the core settings down on the second one. My Sapphire Vapor-X 5870s went crook after a while (came from a bad batch) and I had to underclock them to not get them to crash.

I thought of that, but nothing is overclocked and they seem to be running fine.  But the mining software all crashes on startup.  It's probably driver related, but I can't gleam any useful info.

Hey, I managed to get crash info from cgminer... still not very helpful though.  I don't expect much help here, I'm just waiting for my newbie status to go away so I can post this in the correct place.

The same here. I pity me i haven't found this forum 1 year ago, now I feel I'm late on this train.

The restrictions are quite irritating when I'm an experienced bitcoiner, have a cool story to tell, and cannot because I didn't make the 5 posts to this forum Sad

On the bright side, the story probably wasn't that cool, so nothing lost  Roll Eyes

Yeah, i guess it is necessary.. but i wouldn't say fair.
I don't think legit posters should be affected by spammers in anyway ideally.
