The snapshot is over, so can I move my BTCs already?

When can we expect to receive the tokens in our byteball wallets?

This time it's different.

Not completely unlikely that the distro after snapshot is causing some intermittent issues.

Hi guys, a few questions please :
When will we see our GBYte from the june free distribution ?
And when is the next distribution (and how many GByte per Bitcoin) ?
Thank you.

Please read back a few post before posting the same question already answered several times.

And, a calendar will show you the date/time of the next full moon.
Ok, sorry.
I was impatient :-)

The transistion bot is down.   Same as last month.

Give it time.  No hurry to register right now anyway since the distro is done for this month already.

Really, it would be nice if people would just read a page or two back before posting the same question over and over.  'Where is my free money!'

Okay thanks i have read it.

Am i right to say, once the stipulated time has passed, and after the first block mined after the time, i will be able to withdraw my btcs?

Then usually how long does it take for the coins to appear in my wallet? I only read that "it takes awhile" but have any clue if thats 20 mins or 2 hours or 2 days?

This time it's different.

I've linked my Ledger Nano S and it had more than 5 BTC but transition bot displays following message:
Quote
Current balance of this address is 4.80516237 BTC.

Any ideas to fix this issue?

Not now after snapshot. You should have moved all funds to the actual holding address.

Actually I think it is Bittrex mistake. I've requested a withdraw to my wallet id but looks like Bittrex tried to send funds in multiple sub transactions and I'm able to identify this as my withdraw was around 0.25 BTC.

If I haven't linked my Btc adress, but have Gbyte in my wallet, would I still get 0.2 Gbyte for every Gbyte in wallet?

Yes it is like this as you said you will receive bytes and blackbytes for holding Bbytes in your wallet. Having linked Bitcoin just increased your share just that. As long as you are keeping bytes/blackbytes it will keep giving you according to formula every month.

Yes.  The block has been mined.  You can move your BTC all you want now.  Or, leave it where it is and collect again the following full moon without the need to do anything again.

I think the last distro took about 24 hours to complete.  It depends on how many you linked, because (at least last time) it started with the largest holders of bitcoin (largest addresses).  Same for blackbytes.

0.422 blackbytes too in this distribution round this time we have nice to get extra bytes just for holding into our wallet so waiting impatiently for this round to get started. Hopefully will get very nice amount through this round.

So if I get this correct this is essentially free money. Like a form of spin off or dividend in a tradional stock sense. If so why aren't more people participating? What is the catch?

How many more distributuions will there be? Are they always the same amount? What does the distribution graph look like?

There isn't much people aware of the distribution while every day another shitcoin makes an announcement and those who know it don't spread the word intentionally because it will create more sell pressure on the coin and nobody wants that.

If you created an altcoin and wanted to get it distributed widely then it seems like a good idea to piggyback off of an already established coin.
This incentivises people to notice the coin amidst all the sea of altcoins floating around.
The only reason it has value is because people perceive it to have value and are happy to trade btc or whatever altcoin for it. (In fact this is the reason any cryptocurrency has value because some people believe it has,me included)
Now if people choose to dump it straight away for whatever crypto they believe in then so be it but there will always be some that will hold.
Seems like a pretty clever way of distributing the coin around to me.

There will be as many distributions as required to distribute 98% of all 1,000,000 GBYTES ..as of now this figure is around ~22% (after 6 rounds, with 10% coming from round 1).

I believe we can easily have 10 more rounds, 1 each month

Unfortunately, many people are too busy buying hot air ICOs and daytrading memecoins. Byteball is a gem that will grow big.. check out the Byteball whitepaper, check out the Byteball Bots, check out the professional development and judge for yourself.

The Byteball rolls and grows...
