TEC = Token Exchange Campaign you are basically exchanging your LISK and BTC tokens for ARK tokens.

Well you can't really determine how much ARK you are going to get, as the number depends on the total amount of the funds that will flow into the TEC. But yes, if you send 1 BTC worth of lisk it will count as 2.2 BTC worth. (Well not precisely as the Lisk price will be determined based on a 35 day median price avarage, but close enough.)

Median will be used to calculate base price of LISK (everyone will have the same base price of LISK first and last day exchanges), but if you get in the first day your 1000 LISK will get you 120% more ARK tokens than someone who will join in on the last day (1000 LISK exchanged = first day will receive 2200 LISK worth of ARK tokens, last day will get you 1000 LISK worth of ARK tokens). How much ARK tokens will that mean we'll know after TEC end could be 1000 ARK could be 10000 ARK. Can't get much more clear than that.

No, not at all.
Lisk sent on the first day will worth 120% more than what send at the last day.

The median price is to determine the Lisk to Bitcoin conversion rate. This garantees that every lisk sent will worth the same amount of BTC (not counting bonuses).

Yes that is the case with most TEC (ICOs) like this, if nothing else because of the bounties and bonus amounts can only be calculated at the end of it, and that also changes the final figures.

But you can still estimate that if 4000 btc of ARK tokens are bought, and 75 million ARK tokens are given to those who bought. Then 1 btc = 18750 ARK. However, it is not possible to estimate how much will be sold....
