yes i agree with bitcoin bank and it will be too much good if bitcoin bank appear in everywhere and then i hope bitcoin will be more get popularity and more bitcoin will be get more stronger if bitcoin bank appears.

As already stated above with bitcoin we are our own bank, soo why would we need another entity or companie to hold our bitcoins? Makes no sense after freedom we think into get inside of those companies and control.

That somewhat true, the biggest criminal here is the bank because it robbed the whole world and the humanity. We cannot change the fact because we are living but their rules, that is maybe why bitcoin is created is because of the genius mind of satoshi to give freedom to the people to do banking without needing a bank.

The idea of bitcoin is removing the third party, in which, if we agree on having a bitcoin bank, then that is the third party. It also removes the anonymous part which we all love.

The idea of bitcoin is removing the third party, in which, if we agree on having a bitcoin bank, then that is the third party. It also removes the anonymous part which we all love.

If theres a  bitcoin bank for sure   anonymity of  bitcoin  would  surely gone because you would really need  to  register  up your  name  when you intend to  put  up into the  bank and   when this  happens  government  would  really  try to  control  it  and could  possibly make taxes with it but as  we all know  bitcoin is  uncontrollable  by  someone  thats  why  government  would  not   let this  things to happen on building a  bitcoin bank.  These banks are  useless at all though because   there are really lots of ways  to store  your  bitcoin on  private.

i am not sure about the idea of bitcoin bank, because what for the bank is build while the wallet can act like a bank for us and we can manage our bitcoin by ourself and we can keep without pays any fee in a month.

Totally it's not about the government because the financial of the government a lot of sourcing in the bank and I think the parties are wanna for controlling Bitcoin are the bank, but no if the banks just providing a free wallet for the bitcoiners, the another things i sure if this is will never be happened in the future.

I dont see the point in a bitcoin bank, surly it is not going to be that hard in the future to secure your own bitcoin via apps, and be your own bank, also banks cant be trusted they will start to loan more bitcoin than they have in store and then will be back to square one.

But if you use a third party app on top of bitcoin in order to secure your coins then that is basically a bank, securing your coins right now is not that hard by following some simple principles.

If Bitcoin is decentralized, the idea of "Bitcoin bank" really a stupid thing. If not, it'll be good to have a Bitcoin bank.

In one sense it would be good because having bitcoin bank will make the coin popular and some other guy would start using it. But in one sense it would be bad because having bitcoin bank will make the network untrustworthy because bitcoin is decentralized and automated but bank will make it insecure but if they make it automated then it would be welcoming.

of course decentralization of bitcoin will be lost or dissapear when you use the banking system to save your bitcoin in bitcoin bank because bitcoin bank will ask for personal data of yours to be recorded in the bank system. for the trust may be safe, but of course your privacy will be exposed right ?

Totally right, the world are already rob by a lot of big banker in the world, looks like some family are sitting in the number of the richest family in the world are using banker for rob a money from every country, Even the central bank in every country are a part of their kingdom, I just heard the one or two countries are not applying central bank system like Cuba.

The first thing comes to my mind when I read the term "bitcoin bank" is wallet. as we know that wallet functions like a bank. we can save our money (bitcoin), send it, etc. so wallet is bitcoin bank anyway unless we talk about a building of a wallet company, but still the wallet is the bank.

the people population this world are dumb, lazy and ignorant. and of course this forum is no exception. i would be astonished if it was. people will want and even ask for bitcoin banks and bitcoin might even only lift off if we create bitcoin banks. people will also lose money, get scammed and more, because they are dumb, lazy and ignorant.

Why would I use bank for my bitcoins? I also think that this idea is stupid, and I don`t know how banks are planning to get into bitcoin community. That will be tricky for them, what can they offer to me (or us) to open bitcoin wallet in some bank, pay monthly account maintenance, what can they do for me, that I can`t do myself?
Only one thing fall on my mind and that is high saving rate. I opened some saving calculator and for example best bank in my country offer if I save in my currency 1 000 000 dinars for one year (that is 9 000 dollars) I can earn 90 000 dinars (850 dollars).
If I save in foreign currency, for example dollars, 10 000 dollars for one year will bring me 396 dollars. Which is joke, so how big interest they can offer for bitcoin to I be attracted to save my bitcoins in some bank?
