A ticket won't help you, I think when you lock your account this way the support won't unlock it by your request (kind of a safety measure). It will unlock automatically in 24 hours (at least mine did).

I tried to withdraw some ETH 5 hours ago and the status is still Processing. I know the gas price needed for fast transactions has increased again in the past few days but this is not the problem. The problem is that Cryptopia doesn't want to trigger my withdrawal. And withdrawal fee is enough to cover whatever gas price, even 60 gwei so I don't understand what is taking them so long. I've been using Cryptopia for trading DeepOnion coins but I will switch to KuCoin now.
You are lucky. I made that eth withdrawal some days ago. I didn't receive the tx they gave to me is empty and they didn't still returned to my ticket.

Letter From The Founders My name is Rob Dawson, or probably better known as "Hex", and I am one of the two Co-Founders of Cryptopia. Adam ("sa_ddam213") and I started Cryptopia as a hobby, largely due to our own negative experiences with other exchanges and a desire to build the website that we ourselves wanted to use. 6 months into development we founded and incorporated Cryptopia as a company, and after 12 months of development the site went live into production for the first time in December 2014. For the first 2 years the company consisted soley of Adam and myself, working our regular full times jobs and dedicating our spare time and income to Cryptopia, and while we were proud of our growth and what we were achieving it was not even a drop compared to what we've experienced in the last 6 months, let lone the last week. Roughly this time last year Adam and I being well into having quit our jobs to work on Cryptopia full time and running low on savings and resources had a very real conversation about whether or not we should shut Cryptopia down, we had a modest 30,000 users, with an average of 2,000 concurrent user sessions at any given time, and averaged about 300 BTC in trade volume a day; we were proud of what we had achieved, but at the time it simply wasn't sustainable with our dwindling resources. Obviously we didn't shut down Cryptopia in January 2017, thanks to an investment we were able to keep pushing through. By the 1st of December we hit 500,000 users. On the 31st of December we hit 1,000,000 users. By the 3rd of January we hit 1,100,000 users. By the 4th of January even with registrations disabled for 3 hours, we hit 1,200,000 users. With registrations paused again we're now sitting at 1,400,000 users. We've gone from just 2 people to over 50 people including contractors and consultants and we're looking to at the very least double that as soon as we can, but that also brings with it its own set of hurdles. I mention all of this only to give context as I would like to acknowledge the complaints and concerns about our level of service. We are aware that our level of service has been suffering, but that is not due to any complacency on our part, rest assured that we are hiring people, and developing the processes to manage those people to grow with the demand we're facing and scale as best as we can. Please bear with us, as we know how frustrating it can be for users involved in issues impacting their ability to transact freely, but we're in an unprecedented time with adoption and interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain surging and Cryptopia is dedicated to being a quality service provider in this evolving landscape. Thank you for supporting Cryptopia and being a part of our community. LTC and DOGE basemarkets have been temporarily paused in an attempt to ease system congestion while we work through migration and server/network scaling issues. https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/News No Estimated Time Frame Sorry We are working on plans to bring the markets back as soon as possible and will release details on any progress as this becomes available.

Might take up to a couple of weeks. When you open a ticket they do warn you: "Expect a delay in us replying to your ticket, at the moment the wait time is around 12 days."

They just said: "Due to being unable to provide any kind of realistic or accurate ETA on both the DOGE/LTC markets being resumed, we have decided it best to close these base markets at this time. Please close any open orders, and we apologize for the inconvenience."

Support answers once a week or two. If they don't change it quickly, they'll lose users. Not mentioning they DOT has been pumped recently and now listing a new coin costs over 25BTC.

Hello! when can I register on your exchange? Registration Paused Due to the extremely high number of registrations that have occurred recently we have paused our registration feature while out team works to make changes in our internal systems to cope with the increased level of traffic our site is experiencing.
We apologise for any inconvenence and will resume registrations as soon as we can.
Thanks for your patience at this time.
Be patient and keep checking, I think its in their own interest to boost their servers as fast as possible

Tell the truth. - You made a serious of bad trades (buy high, sell low), that is not Cryptopia's fault - You couldn't trade the last coin you bought any longer (you could still withdraw it though) so you posted public information about one of the Cryptopia founders on every forum you could think of (against terms of service of everywhere you posted it), threatened violence against the company and the directors, including inciting violence from others, all of which is a Criminal act and you are likely to be reported to the police for this. You plastered all the Cryptopia forums with this as well. This kind of behaviour can not be tolerated - this is why your account was locked (for a year).

Hello all,
Good day! So I'm looking to move some of my funds to Cryptopia and it seems there are mixed reviews about this exchange. If you guys don't mind please tell me what's good and bad about this exchange? I mainly look to trade the BTC market, lots of interesting coins although low volume. Appreciate it guys.

I think Cryptopia just needs to hire more staff and then they will cope with the increasing number of users. It was interesting to read the pre-history how Cryptopia was started as a hobby with only 2 guys That gives me hope that my hobby will also turn into profitable business some day

Hi... Can you please make the light interface available when you log in? The dark theme makes it hard to see the charts with some lines because of the bad contrast (dark ove dark) The light theme is more pleasant to the eyes. Also, can you please add 5 and/or 1 minute candles? Also RSI would be nice!!! But most of all the light theme please

I just started trading with Cryptopia. Is it standard that they just take $1000 from customers at random times? I am thinking it was a simple error since I was provided a withdraw TX ID 2 days ago that does not even exist according to the block explorer. No response from the service ticket either. How can I get this fixed? Obviously crypto operates at warp speed so I would hate to lose more money on the wait.
I have used at least 6 exchanges and never experienced this problem before. Don't let Binance take all my business!
