You should have contacted them only once. Flooding them with tickets won't be of any help tbh.
9/20 confirmations, I think you should wait more and see if there's a progress or stuck with that. If there is, then all you need to do is to be patient.

  They do not have time for crap like users with withdrawals problems. As you can see, they earn bitcoins on new currencies added to the exchange (MAG, ZNY, INPAY). My withdrawal has been waiting currently ("Processing") for two months and nothing. Avoid this exchange.

Why do we need these LTC or DOGE markets, if it is impossible to withdraw coins from the exchange for weeks and months?

I have been using Cryptopia for a few years now, and have never had a problem withdrawing anything at all.
Always check the wallet is not in maintenance first though
I highly recommend Cryptopia and now that LTC and Doge markets are back, its almost perfect in my opinion
