Go mine on Dwarfpool!!! No stealing shares like other pools..... I switched from flypool to dwarfpool, and I have 15% more shares!!!(my real shares)
Interesting probbaly will make the switch if things dont improve on nano and flypool I was mining on flypool for the past month and last night I switched to Dwarfpool for the night I made HALF of what I was making in flypool Back to flypool.... What do you expect, it just launched and doesn't have enough hashpower and took 12 hours to find 1 block. So variance is huge. Wait until it gets bigger and mine then.

Any miners using claymore v8 on an Sapphire rX-470 - Nitro edition - 8Gb Oc that are undervolting to get the best possible hash per watt ratio? If so, would you mind telling me you stats (at the wall please, no hwinfo/gpuz figures).

changed to dwarf, but have an "basic" question...
Main-Port (vardiff): 3333 Stratum-Port (diff=8): 3334 for CPU Stratum-Port (diff=128): 3335 for videocards Stratum-Port (diff=512): 3336 for rigs Stratum-Port (diff=1024): 3337 for big rigs
what is the difference exactly in this settings? i choosed the 3336 port as i have 3+GPU rigs, but not really sure about it... Can some1 explain me please?
Thanks in advanced....

Choose 3335 port for GPU rigs

Let it adjust automagically : use 3333 (better use auto when you're unsure)

With a wattmeter (kill-a-watt or other model) Or with corsair I series ( corsair link ) PSU. Tested rm1000i with killawatt and rm1000i graphs were precise.

Let it adjust automagically : use 3333 (better use auto when you're unsure) On vardiff port difficulty grow and grow and grow... And stops to grow when it's satisfying. When you choose a static diff port you can have problems : too low difficulty and you will overload the pool with tons of shares (and waste bandwidth), too high difficulty and you will send too few shares due to the short duration of block (and loose a lot of hashrate because you work will be dropped before you submit a solution due to block change) Every share sent is weighted by the pool with the difficulty of the share. Sending a lot of low difficulty shares won't earn you anything more than sending 4 times less shares with 4 times more difficulty

But thanks for explaining me the basic, how it works in general...

That's a wise choice. You're welcome. And with mining software getting higher and higher hashrate, it's safer. Static diff ports are often a trap. What may work well with claymore v4 may not work that well with v8 (hashrate doubled). You may consider fixed diff ports when the miner is "mature" (no 20% increase in each release )

So, I've done some testing with my reboot issue, and i've found that if i leave the one GPU (GPU 1(the second one out of two in the rig)) running without running the first, that it works with no issues on auto fans.
The one with the shut down issue has blue print on the caps VER006. The other riser has red print on the caps (instead of blue) and works fine.
I've nailed it down to the riser. It's defective or something like that.
Anyone else have this issue with blue print on the caps VER006 risers?
Recap on my issue: the rig would totally shut down if i left the GPU fans on auto, but if i put them at around 60%, they would work fine.
I guess i gotta put it all back together and all for now, and I'll contact the eBay seller and hope to get it replaced.

Interesting probbaly will make the switch if things dont improve on nano and flypool I was mining on flypool for the past month and last night I switched to Dwarfpool for the night I made HALF of what I was making in flypool Back to flypool.... flypool is PPLNS payment format -- so you need to be in flypool for period of time to get maximum hash/reward. is Dwarfpool PPS or PPLNS? if Dwarfpool is PPLNS like flypool, then to compare fairly you need to be mining at Dwarf longer than a night... Sorry for untopic question , but im wondering for a long time. I know that continious mining on one pool maximize the reward , but should it be uninterruptable connection to the pool ? , I mean does reconect lower the reward or not ?
