is anyone using a R9 290 non-x and R9 290x together? What is the difference in hasing power between them at roughly same GPU and mem clocks? Thanxx.

The 290X should be about 10% faster than the 290. For the Claymore V8, the Core number makes a difference.

I have seven 280x, I take down the originals fans and put on fans that I buy on the web, I think the price was about 1.3 eur for one fan, I put 3 fans per card. Supply for that fans I take directly 12V so they are always on 100%. When they starts slowing down, I just take some silicon oil in spray and they run like new. Beacuse they always run on 100%, my cards run cooler.

Guys! I just built a pair of new miners and both of them have 1 gpu hashing at 1/4 of its regular speed. Anyone knows the reason or how to solve that problem?

You should also include a power usage field - - for instance - "Watts at the wall". This is 50% or more the decision factor for buying GPU's when miners have to pay for the electricity to power their rigs. Not just Hashing power. Other considerations - Overclocking fields and memory timing straps field - etc Just my 2 cents Hi Simon, Thanks for your input, I've added Watt column and a (H/s)/W column in order to know efficiency, i should also add price but it depends to much from a country to another. As this is manual processing there is no one field for each column (Wordpress Form Maker limitation). So I'll put all data's into right column manually.

I don't believe an RX 480 uses 110W at the wall @ 1280 MHz Core, that's bull. Power usage field is pretty much useless without screenshots of where it is measured.
