@claymore - how much more RX 470/480 performance do you think you can squeeze out? Have you done any specific tuning for them?

Anyone have any results with the MSI RX 470 GPUs?
Hey Aries... I just started running 4.0 on my rig a few minutes ago and am getting 62-67 per MSI 470 4GB on my rig. As you might remember, I tried to model my GPU mods after yours. I got 2 of them close to your results but haven't been able to get the other 2 over 1900 Mhz. Given this, I would expect your 470 rig will get a minimum of 66-67 per GPU with v4.0. Edit: forgot to mention... this is only at intensity setting of "1". Not sure how much more you can get from setting to "2" but I am trying to get my rig as stable as possible before leaving for vacation so don't want to push it too hard. Thank You! I did try -i 1 and 2 with less favorable results. The best I can do is 66MHs with not adding the -i settings; hense, "0" I am getting an overall 399MHs with 6 MSI RX470 4gb Strapped and OC's 2000 and 1150 for settings. 767watts at the wall.

Multiple rigs with same results as above. 7x 390x @ 1100/1500 for those wondering.
Hi. wich motherboard you use? thank you I stick to MSI. That particular rig is either a Z77-GD65 or Z87-GD65. thank you- if you have trusted link where to buy it- im tired of askrock- so diffiecult to buy mining things in norway:S no one mining in th countery. Any board with 7 PCI-e slots will work, really. I keep an eye out for them on my local classifieds. I'm in Canada, so unfortunately have no idea where you might source them in Norway. thank you:) Canada are wonderful country- been there:) I hope to visit Norway (and Sweden) soon! Norway looks particularly incredible. Running great on all my rigs. Fantastic work!

It's not about money, there are several reasons why I'm not going to release ZCash miner for Linux in near future - most of haters who say that I stole SA engine are on Linux so let's they use some different miner. Also I don't like to see as someone applies IDA to my miner to see how it works. Also I don't like Linux, it's a pain for me. NVidia: if I release miner for NVidia, these haters will again say that I stole SA engine. So there will not be NVidia version. I think other devs will create public miners with similar speed for Linux and NVidia soon.
IDA doesn't just work on Linux binaries. Can disassemble Windows executables as well quite easily (as you probably know). Anyways, no one really cares about the fact that you used SA code. People were up in arms that there was no credit given or that the license wasn't followed. Just as having to pay a dev-fee is the "right thing to do", same logic applies to giving credit etc. The topic should be done with now because it's over and dealt with. Let's all move on. Keep up the great work.

EXE is the least issue when you want to disassemble. The real deal is OpenCL kernel which does the horse power

i am using 5* rx 480 saphire OC nitro 8gb with claymore 4.0 i have around 350/360 H/s and around 570 W on the wall (this was with 3.1,so for 4.1 i need to cheak it later). my TEMP is 40-45 C on every GPU, FAN speed on 60-70%.
I am using celeron G1840 procesor. If i change to for exampe i5,will be worth the swich? how much i can exppect more? When i try with curent CPU claminer option 2. i got 15 more h/s, but after few minutes went 50 H/s down.
Is there any specially bios for Zach for my card? i saw, that some are getiing around 80 per card. Is there mainly the CPU differency or? mostly have temp higer then me..Temporary i am using bios, which i instaled when i mined ethereum.
Good job claymore. There is a clearly WIN WIN situation, so people, please stop compling about devfee.
I also saw in this tread, that someone said that flypool and nanopool is no good. Any better option? thank for help!
wish you good minining.

What is your from the wall power draw for this rig? Roughly 1500w with 94% efficient PSU. Thanks! I'm running seven 290x here with probably the same MSI board and EVGA 1600w T2. I'm only getting 85~90 per card at 1100/1250 and already at 1500w. What intensity do you use? What CPU? And have you done any BIOS memory strap mods?

To be 100% honest i think Claymore should give no option for free mining. Considering 99.9% of the people here have no clue how to build a miner thats stable and can out hash any other in existence!!! I will gladly give 2.5%. Hell he increases the speed almost every day so to me the 2.5% is a cheap fee and everyone should quit bitching!.
DAMN GOOD JOB CLAYMORE!

I agree I have no problem paying claymore the dev fee that's his pay for providing some of the best most stable mining programs out I own a flooring company and I no how it feels for ppl to think I can work for free or want to beat me down on pricing it's bullshit u don't want to pay the fee use a different miner
Completely agree. Claymore, you should remove option in future versions to disable your dev fee. Your miner is beating the shit out of every other public miner, and you should get your 2.5%. If those greedy assholes don't like, they can continue to run v4.0 and disable the fee.

I've tried almost every pool available. Suprnova is good but has a buggy dashboard. Nano apparently steals some hashrate (at least in my case. I'm now on flypool and happy with it

I'm running server PSUs which are 94.5-94% from 50-100% load, so slightly more efficient, but if you're running on 240v you shouldn't be far off. Probably a percent or so. I'm running -i 0 across all my rigs. CPUs are bargin bin Pentiums and Celerons. BIOSes are stock.
