Hey guys, if we're talking about profitability, do lottery tickets count too? My X11 cudarig of 6.66MH/s (I once started with a 666kh/s scrypt rig ) gives me a ticket/day to win the knc miner at blackcoinpool. It might be worth the shot if you have some spare hashes (min 750kh/s X11) What kind of X11 hashrate are you achieving per 750 Ti if you don't mind me asking?

SRC mining Quark ...sounds good..but how do you profit on it if you cant sell it..look on the exchanges, no one is buying...where do sell? Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #uMr6nMcIyKJj7AYG
PPS if anyone has any recommendations on good profitable CPU coins I'd appreciate any feedback. I haven't been following CPU coins much at all. Really not at all. If you don't have the correct equipment (big array of cpu) none of them are profitable except on launch. Was able to grab some mountaincoin blocks (2.2 coin per block) when it launched, tried the next day pool mining got 0.3coins in 12 hours... Slimcoin could be interesting but right now everything goes in a few pockets (can't believe that things has already hit an exchange) while it doesn't have any pool... and only big farm and botnet can mine it... worst investment ever in my opinion... a new cryptonote coin launch tonight (ninja) duckcoin was able to grab 2 block (320000coins/block) but at the current difficulty it is about 15hours to get a block... (no pool for the moment).

YACoin will be the most profitable CPU coin in 13 hours. new N factor ? What are (or will be) the hashrate achieved by a cpu versus a gpu for yacoin ?

These are dediocated managed servers in a hosting environment with backups. So I can "use" the CPUs or not. I'd rather use them. Like I said right now I've got them mining x11 which obviously goes up against GPUs. So it's not a matter of, if it's profitable to use them or not. Any income is profitable so what is THE MOST PROFITABLE CPU coin is more my question. Anything better then just pointing to the most profitable x11 coin? Carlo

PS unless you have an automated way to switch between quark and x11 you're better off just pointing your ccminer/nvidia GPUs at a good x11 pool as that will perform better over the full day. PPS if anyone has any recommendations on good profitable CPU coins I'd appreciate any feedback. I haven't been following CPU coins much at all. Really not at all. QCN and MRO. Last 2 weeks were great

The only problem I have is when I try to cpu mine, I can't use more than 4 threads (over 8 ). If I use more the gpu usage of both the 750ti and the 780ti decrease.

If you want to mine CPU coins as well, leave one thread free for the GPU mining process. That is more than enough, but if you use all of your threads, both processes will suffer a reduction in speed, especially the GPU process.

Is there a good multipool to use with the new ccminer? Multipools like waffle have slowed to a halt, and I'm looking for a point and shoot solution. Have 4x750ti...miss the days of .01btc/day pointing at a multipool

As I said I have to leave 4 threads otherwise it doesn't work properly for 3 gpus (however I would tend to say 2 as sgminer isn't affected)

I thought there was just one GPU in question. Of course more GPU's,more threads that need to be left free for them.
