Even the people who heard about it , there should be a just little portion of them realy understand how BTC System works.

So ,we can say , bitcoin still has huge potential.
Yes, until they themselves 'using' bitcoin payment system, they really do not understand how it works. Furthermore, one of my friend who is using bitcoin payments for months still do not aware of other parts of bitcoins like mining or block-chain technologies.

But I believe, one bitcoin user definitely does not need to know each and every aspects of bitcoin ecosystem. Just knowing their required and frequently using fields alone more than enough IMHO. Yes, bitcoin has a lot of potential yet to be covered by making the rest of people getting into it.

A lot of people might have heard of bitcoin but they don't use it. They don't research any further. Bitcoin is something that people are aware of it's existence but don't put an effort to learn it. Bitcoin is also just a currency like fiat currencies. We've heard of Euros, but not everyone's using it. The majority knows it's a currency, but don't use it at all. My point is that just because they might somehow heard about bitcoin from someone, it doesn't force them to learn things about it.

Like this past summer I went to Portugal and I had never used Euro before. During my travel I had exchanged my local currency for euro. The same thing is true for bitcoin, if people will need to use it, they will start to exchange they local currency for bitcoin. Also we start to hear more often about bitcoin, Monday my local free newspaper had a full page that talked about the bitcoin technology.

Yeah yeah same old problem  Cry I've been in your position for a long time, I mean I've talked to many people from strangers to closed friends and I've tried to lead the conversation to the topic of bitcoin but it seemed to be that nobody cared what I said. They just skipped it or just say something like hey it's just a scam and things like that. I'm really frustrated now  Cry

In your place I wouldn't be so much frustrated or greatly disappointed with that. Just imagine that the currency they keep their life savings in starts quickly depreciating and losing its purchasing power. Who will be more disappointed then? And after that you may try to ask them about Bitcoin again. I think they will be more attentive.

I agree that not a lot of people know about bitcoin, even for example those who know about it seems like care nothing to follow it and I think it's because of the technical knowledge required to deal with crypto currencies.

Actually not everyone has been involved with bitcoin like how we did from sometime, so we cannot really expect everyone to know as much as we do about bitcoin, as because maybe they have just heard its name from somewhere and they did not know at all if what price it has or how it is used.

Don't feel too frustrated because we can't avoid that kind of reaction if we share a new opportunity like bitcoin and especially if its on the internet and online because now a days, there is a lot of scam and scammers out there and most of them are in the internet so it is natural for some people to pretend that they already know something even if they just heard it for the first time because most of them just want to be safe and stay away from scam but they didn't know that bitcoin is not a scam and its a great opportunity for a new source of income.

That's the truth. I heard about bitcoin long time ago and even remember as once on news on TV heard that bitcoin appeared just like some new pyramid. Many time passed from this time, but I get involved in bitcoin world only this May. And that after almost half of the year of my boyfriend's insistment. He told me a lot about bitcoin but I was too sceptic and get interested only after he showed me money he cashed out on his card. Today I regret I didn't join to this all last year, Now I would have higher rank and would earn not bad money with commenting.

this is true because many that know about bitcoin only care about the profit from it, they actually don't know anything about bitcoin, not even about mining, you can easily see this if by still looking at people on the web thinking that bitcoin is a ponzi or a virus or a scam

but it's also sure that everyone that is here know about bitcoin, so you can easily tell how many they are by a roughtly estimate made on the registered user here

If bank owners knows, it's done.

It's just question of time to this arrive to people in general, maybe they don't will touch it directly because bitcoin can be used on the background but for sure it will be part of the future.

In my country the popularity of bitcoin is very low and the people dont even get proper internet nowadays. People are below poverty line and are least bothered about some cyber currency. Hence the acceptance is low here in my city but some other cities have been using it recently. In any case bitcoin is growing and more people will gradually accept it alongside its transactions but it will take time.
Yes, it is a fact and in my country also the number of bitcoin users are comparably very low, but interestingly people are getting awareness through social media and from other sources therefore their number is increasing rapidly, I think we should also contribute in increasing the number of bitcoin users.

It is the technical side that hinders other people to  dig further in bitcion. Yes there are people knows about bicoin, only knows how it function, knows what is bitcoin. But, I think only few of them actually having a btc wallet, or transacting with it. Its 2 different things.

Even some of the netizens don't know what bitcoin is, some heard it but ignore it later because they are not fully inform about the existence and uses of bitcoin. The digital currency needs more time to become well known online and only the ones who know the bitcoin can spread awareness to the people who might want to try their luck on it.

Isn't it wrong to those who try to provide information about the bitcoin, but it is the way that is done is less effective, if we do a better direct information gives an information about all the advantages that can be obtained in a manner that is free and after that explains the concept. then I'm sure it will all be making everyone understand and will eventually think are hard to decide such matters

some of them might have heard bitcoin but they are not even interested to use it or they already used it and then stopped later on. not all people already knows about bitcoin as if they are not usually updated and might not interested with the new trend.

There are hundreds of millions, if not billions (and probably billions) of people who have never heard Bitcoin even be mentioned; never heard the name or anything. There is a lot of growth potential and there are a ton of people who can have their lives made better by having Bitcoin become a thing within their lives.

The best thing that can happen, essentially, is everyone gets on the internet and gets interconnected.
