Hi guys,

Sorry for my bad english.

Well, im start mine in September, 19, in Flypool theZcash.

I bougth an GALAX GTX 1060 3GB EX OC WHITE

Then i have tested many configs and i see something

Power limit = +1% give me more 1 Sol/s
Core Clock = +10Mhz give me more 1 Sol/s - (In ETH, Core Clock do nothing, only work on Zcash)
Memory Clock = +x or -x = nothing change, do nothing.. +380 ou -300 = nothing!! In Etherium, i see this change MHs, but in ZEC do nothing.

So, after test for almost 1 month, i get this stable configs ans still running a long time without erros

Anyone have this same GPU?

And now, i w8 arrive my new card ASUS GTX 1070 DUAL, and i will put on side by side with my GTX 1060 to mine ZEC

you dont want to enter "stratum+tcp://server:port" when entering the server..

instead do this:

miner --server btcz.suprnova.cc --user blabla --port 5586

Current version 0.3.4b. is stable and working fine for me.
I'm reading this thread regulary and didn't notice that somebody was having any issues with v.0.3.4b.
Anyway you should try it yourself first to make your own decision.

Can't say the same :/ For me, it worked for 3 days and then stoped with same error message. After that it hasent work more than 2h. Miner stops, Windows is unresponsive.

Did you update drivers recently? It may be caused by the new drivers or your computer might have automatically installed a new version of windows 10 that resulted in instability.

For my is working perfect with the 0.3.4 using nanono pool, try this in your batch file

Have you tried to put memory at +500mhz? .

My 1080TI HOF :

Core clock : +110
Memory clock : +650
Power: 80%
Fan : 100% ALWAYS.
Result : 790-800 Sols

How did you manage to do this? I cant do more than 720 with 80% power and when I put power to 110% I can get 770sols max with my asus strix 1080ti. Does your hashrate get bigger if you put power limit above 100%?

The Hall of Fame 1080Ti is wayyy more powerful than any other 1080Ti. Don't worry about your performance, it's fine.

yeah you are right, so just use this line miner --server zec-eu1.nanopool.org --user username.worker --pass z --port 6666 --solver 0, the key point(at least for my case) was the parameter solver to 0 in order to get the best performance

is it a good idea to underclock the memory for ZCASH, I see it's reducing the voltage a bit and not causing any hash rate drop, but I also suspect it might be causing stability problems with some 1080 ti's ...

My miner crashes way before I get to those numbers. I dont think I could get more than +160 core clock and +600 memory. How did you manage to do this?

Currently my nicehash.bat has all stock settings (except for my wallet address of course,) and location is set to eu.

I have already tried that. The miner closes immediately. I suspect there's more to it than just changing "eu" to "us" like the port.

Go run the batch file from the command line so you can see the error.

Yes, no problem mining it. you have to configure it the same way you use it fir Hush or komodo or Zcash.
