Yes you are, clock those guys up  Cheesy
I have 3 Sea Hawks @ +175 Clock +590 Mem (unsure of the exact figures, cannot check right now unfortunately) and 75% power (sure). They pull 180-190W and get 690-730 Sol/s at a brisk 42-46 degrees  Wink

Efficiency is around 3.8, my energy is very expensive.

Good luck!

Good advice. Cooler mining.

Hi all,

Running this miner version 0.3.4b on Windows 10 family 64-bit.

Motherboard is ASUS PRIME Z270-P.

GPU's are all Gigabyte GTX 1070 WF OC edition.

For some reason, GPU0 runs slower than the others GPUs most of the time.

I actually have two exact same rigs with the exact same hardware, 5 cards in each one, and GPU1-4 are running at about the same speed (roughly 435 Sol/s each) on both rigs, but GPU0 misbehaves.  Sometimes I get 350 Sol/s, sometimes 150.  Sometimes "solver 2" is selected and it drops under 100 Sol/s.

The problem occurs on both rigs.

Power supply is 1200w.  Rig drains about 950w out of it.

It actually also happens with 2 cards installed.   Doesn't happen with 3 cards.  Didn't test with 4.  Did test with 6 but rig became unstable (I suspect not enough power supply).

I did try to switch cards around.  Didn't help.

Tried PCIe Gen1 or Gen2.  Didn't change anything.

Reinstalled the drivers 40,000 times.

Any ideas?  This is quite frustrating.

Oh and the mobo bios is updated.

Select solver 0 in .bat file ?

I would also check the riser.

Ewbf you meke very good miner for zcash, but why to stay on one algo?
Do you have plans to make miner for other algos?
For example, xcn, nexus and some other coins without good mining software suport?
Will be very good if you can integrate more algos in one miner.

Should I expect more than 700Sol/s on a 1080Ti?

Yes.  Unless it's a hybrid pos. But on any large, 3 fan 1080 Ti, yes.

The screen was plugged to the motherboard's HDMI port but I took your advice, booted the rig headless and connected to it through Teamviewer.

Exact same problem - screenshot attached.

one more question if you guys could help me out,
here's the config I'm running:
Code:
:restart
TIMEOUT 8
miner --server zec-eu1.dwarfpool.com --port 3336 --user ** --pass **@gmail.com --eexit 3 --api *.*.*.* --log 2 --logfile ZCASH.%date:~6,4%%date:~3,2%%date:~0,2%.ewbf.log --pec
goto :restart

I think this config gives me ability to save the the log file, but either I'm unable to find it or I did something wrong in config, any ideas what can I do?

try use absolute path e.g.  --logfile C:\mining\zec\logs\ZCASH.%date:~6,4%%date:~3,2%%date:~0,2%.ewbf.log

also this miner can not use variables logfile name in config file, only in .bat
spasibo Kukushka : )

after messing with it around I found that this command works like a charm and you were right, only after specifying the full path it saves the logs
Code:
--logfile C:\pants\0.3.4b\log-%DATE:~-4%-%DATE:~4,2%-%DATE:~7,2%_%time:~0,2%%time:~3,2%%time:~6,2%.txt

Connecting with TeamViewer will also utilize the GPU to render the screen.  The best way to check the speeds is via the web API from another PC.  Any remote desktop / teamviewer / vnc will drop the values on one card.  There really isn't a reason to be connected unless you are doing work on the pc.  When i connect with teamviewer or RDP i always restart the system when I am done.  This keeps the GPU free of any influence of rendering a desktop.

I just tried  again and I get 755 Sol/s without overclocking... so Im fine I guess

what power limit do you use?

I only use a temp limit, 70c but it doesnt even reach 66c anyway.

then I am doing something totally wrong

Hello everyone, I have such a question, how can I change the page http://127.0.0.1:42000/, for example, I would like to add the fan speed ?
Where is this page stored in general?

Encrypted stratum suporte?

There is no REAL reason for that, the only reason it exists is Claymore got paranoid about his miner getting fees after someone showed how to easily bypass that.

How do you start the miner after the restart? Dont you need still to log in to do that?

Put a shortcut to your .bat file in the windows startup folder.  Or if you prefer you can run a scheduled task to start the .bat when the computer starts up.

you dont need to restart your PC after login out of Teamviewer. This is pure nonsense. Just do the math for yourself and you will see.
