I am facing selling issue with v7.0.2. I hope it would work normally. My bot buy only. Not sell...

I don't know what to do. I tried stepgain, emotionless, tssl. No one place sell order. Even with different parameters like period and smaperiod or fresh install...

(I am on Binance exchange)

My fault...

I believed "MIN_VOLUME_TO_SELL" was the number of units and not the total value in basecoin... So I set a value superior at my trading limit and sell orders were never placed....

COBINHOOD might be a very good one to add. They do not charge any fee's so it would be perfect for a BOT to trade in, even if it is making only 1 sat on each trade!

i have a feature request.

it is possible that the bot sends notifications of trades via telegram.
and the bot has the feature BOT_CCLEAN, which restarts the bot every x hours.

if the bot sends a message each x hours after it made a restart it would be clear that it is still running. if this restart message does not arrive in your telegram inbox then something is wrong.

=> in short. let the bot send restart notifications via telegram and you don't have to check if it is running or not.

FUNDS_RESERVE

Values: numerical – represent an amount in primary trading currency. Sets an amount of base currency that will not be traded with. For a BTC_x pair, funds in BTC would be reserved, for an ETH_x pair the bot will keep the amount in ETH reserved, etc. It is recommended to use the same value for all pairs you run in this base currency.

e.g. 0.1 BTC

RESERVE_PILE_UP

Values: true or false. When set to true, trading gains will be automatically added to the funds reserve.

e.g. a trade with a profit of 0.01 BTC.

what happens now?
is the FUNDS_RESERVE now 0.11?
and what will happen if I withdraw 0.01?

will the bot buy or won't it because the FUNDS_RESERVE is 0.11 after the trade?

I understand you are busy, but so am I, and I will still make the time out to answer your messages. Though I bet you swim in messages

We (CWI) will be setting up a segment/server specifically for the trade section which gunbot is being trialled as the main component, and this prototype will be tested over the next three months So it would a great positive to be able to get it running with the latest software, which I requested back when the Christmas Specials were active.

I don;t like coming here in a public forum to post these things, but telegram is utterly useless for us (or ANY corporate that goes through a proxy system that does not support WebSockets) and PM is probably being lost on your end with the plethora of messages you probably get. Skype is the only one that DOESN'T have issues with corporate proxies (like Squid) and so that is predominantly the only one I use. I urge you to open that side of communication up with me directly.

You are doing some awesome work here mate, keep it up, and thanks for it all.

They say peoples api keys may have been leaked in that cloudflare issue. Should we be changing all our apis and resending for new licenses with you?

Of course everyone is changing passwords, that is why I am thinking of changing api as well.

You have ETH balance but bot does not have record what was the buying price (you either deposited ETH, bought it maually or using your bot on another device without proper history import).
Check wiki to see how to override bougth_price. 

go to https://github.com/GuntharDeNiro/BTCT/wiki/Configuring-Gunbot#pairs  and check picture in Pairs section ... (instead of DOUBLE_UP  use BOUGHT_PRICE and set the correct price)

Contact the reseller from which you bought your licence from for support.
