using the wrong address. Read the stratum info on the main page.

Does zpool pay out to segwit addresses (those that start with a 3?)

those arn't segwit those are multisig.

Best thing you can do, it connect a miner with the address and c=BTC and see what the pool thinks.

Sorry if the question is already asked . But i don't see anything .

I have traget zpool with my Btc address http://www.zpool.ca/?address=1GncJNwz1uBS266JG6s1JpW5VdfvnRg3ru

but when i look in zpool i have this message

We are short of this currency (1.74737643 BCH). Please STOP your miners and switch to BTC until we find more BCH blocks.
YOU are responsible if you continue to mine for BCH dispite this warning.

And my total earning is in BCH .

I'm sure the problem comes from me and not zpool, thanks for the service and thank you in advance for your answer.

I don't have the same problem with other services like http://pool.hashrefinery.com/?address=1GncJNwz1uBS266JG6s1JpW5VdfvnRg3ru

Miner password should contain c=BTC
Quote from the front page of the website
Quote
YOU MUST ALWAYS set your currency in your password field that matches your wallet address: c=<SYMBOL>. The pool has mined hundreds of different coins and many have the same address version. We CAN NOT read your mind and possible know what currency you want. If no c=<SYMBOL> is set, your currency will be randomly chosen from any matching coins we have used.

Suffering the same problem, wallet has been set to BCH when it should be BTC.
http://www.zpool.ca/?address=1MjGNGK49z7QEFJGmgoufEaGG8bP9cZjG6
I have already set the command line parameter "-p C=BTC" but the wallet is still showing BCH. Do you need to do something from server end?

Me too, awesome miner gives an estimation of 18 Euros per day, but now, about 18 hours since the last payout, the pool gave me less than a Euro. Something is wrong today.....

Please review payout amounts and requirements/conditions on main page.
Remember estimates aren't actual values.
You can only get paid on balance, not total earned because it includes unsold/confirmed credits.

Make sure you reach minimum payout and the coin is not in short supply.  If 24 hours has passed from the point of reaching the min payout and it's still not received, open a support ticket.

Multisig 3 addresses have worked since day one.

ZPOOL just made some of my BTC up and disappear after 22 hours

I'm not going to trust them any longer.  I've sent them messages, they ignore them.

I am mining at 76 and 51 MH/s and the pool is only reporting 1 or even 600 KH/s. I know that the pool cannot know the actual speed that you are mining but the speed difference is huge!

That's it! I had enough! I am switching to mining pool hub! Too many bugs with zpool. I was mining all day for a few cents! I was mining with 120 MH/s and the pool reported only 1-2 MH/s.

What was diff?  What device?  How much delta uptime?  Profit switching?

Seems like a config/use issue.....

I am seeing proper data on my connections/miners....

There is something wrong with Nist5. Mined for at least 10 hours, minimal balance change and reports of 1/10 of my hash rate.

Removed nist5 from nemosminer so it would stop mining it, and my balance started to increase again.

Can someone help explain what happened here? While mining my Balance dropped about ~.001 BTC and after a few hours has stayed flat for payout, even though my x11 is at ~200Mh/s. You can also see that in the last 24 hours I haven't received a payout. I've received many payouts to this address before. Any help out be appreciated.
