know of people who won't use a slot machine someone has just won from or will want to sit at a slot machine noone has won from. Very silly and makes no sense at all. This is just desperate people lying to themselves to try beat their odds when they know they cannot.

True, lots of people are doing this.
I remember one time I was in casino and one player lost some money on slot. He said to hostess to reserve that slot machine and he returned after half an hour with more money.

yes,that was supersition,a small part of supersition,someone believe their luck depend on that slot machine,the new one. and i think supersition really close in our life,and so many people believe and doing that,in sports also we knowing that some football players believe supersition like Johan cryuff,Gary lineker with some weird supersition

In my opinion there's nothing bad to believe in superstition as long as you can control your playing activity in good not only relying on your superstition its my lucky day no matter what i believe on it ,something like that .It depends in what result you have after you believe and rely with that until you loss all .

That is alright especially if you are playing for fun but if you are playing to gain long term success it should not be your basis since it does not give consistent win, it's like you are relying on your luck to win which does not work in the long run.

1. I choose the number of parking slot that I will park. Usually it should have my favorite number 111,777 etc.

I think everybody has their own wag of making their luck higher whether by repetitive mannerisms or charms and tokens. People have a tendency to try to compensate their fear of losing by using items or manners that they think would increase their chances of winning. Some put coins on their shoes, some use their lucky colors while some even have the lucky items prescribed in their horoscope. Whatever the case maybe if a person wants to increase his/her luck it would definitely not be as easy as being superstitious.

I do know some people do have this kind of beliefs which i can say that there nothing wrong on following those beliefs on his own as long he doesnt hurt anybody on following those things but we should really keep on our mind that these things might random works or not on anytime we do gamble which means luck would really be important here and no one really knows on when it would come to us.

First of all, there would be no chances for best gamblers to exist. In the world of uncertainty, there could be no possibility of winning all the times hences gambling will never produce any best gambler.

But I agree even gamblers who are gambling for years still going for/believing in to superstitions. Because it is the nature of gambling like it is full of uncertainty, so they will be having any other options left other than believing in to such superstitions.

If you are lucky and skilled you can win in game like poker you are not always win even you know how to play poker game you still need more luck to win in poker..

That could be your approach, but it could be different. When you think about it, when you are skilled, you know the different situations that could happen and to be effective, you have to include stuff that you know would be the right thing to do. Sports betting, however, would be different because you would rely on other things and you have to hope that your team wins.

Only Asian people believe in superstition but not for europa or america people, they are only trust with luck. In fact any superstitions you trust can not help anything in gambling because there are only a few keys that can make you win in gambling that is patience, strategy and management if you can apply all of this. Well I dont really believe in superstitions because there are no scientific explanation about that. What might happen will be your responsibility and noone will be. Though i just follow what my parents says when they say that is bad and must not be done at that time especially when someone died. lol , imho believe in luck itself automatically you have believed on something superstitious. you are rely on something that uncertain and even doubt its existence. so basically when you believe in luck you believe in superstition too. better to gamble for nothing , rely on nothing and hope for nothing. you won't get hurt.

well its a new age now and we all knew that  math can help us to survive inside gambling the best way is just to enjoy your game and don't let anything bother's you because superstition will just do that every time you believe about it, if you want to enjoy just focus and play what you can afford to lose.
