Yup, it's small for teir1. When you can make it to teir2 it gets bumped up to 15,000 EUR annual limit. Which is still quite small in any traders eyes... I wanted to pass along my recent interaction with the EON customer support. I had issues with teir2 verification and after submitting a complaint, I received top-knotch and speedy support! Now, I'm the first one to start talking mad shit about EON - But I will also be the first to say when things are better than expected... I was truly shocked at how fast the support team here responded and took care of my issue. Thats a +1 for EON... finally |

Hopefully soon they will switch some attention to the exchange. After 6months, it's disappointing for sure |

Hey, It's great to see another long-term user on this thread actually being involved! I did my KYC on a desktop computer, but I would assume the process is the same regardless what device you use. Your phone will need video capability. Use Chrome browser. Other than that, it is pretty quick and simple for teir2. I had issues, but the support came through and it turned out to be a fault on my end. |

And they collected in the late spring and early summer of 2017, then the cue ball cost an average of 2000 bucks. And if they did not merge on the panic of August 2017, then these potential 5 million dollars could turn into 50 million. So there is no excuse for such slow work at all.
