No it's just the reserved ones, we technically don't know how much of those are used in positions.
Maybe you are right...

Am... at what price mining won't be profitable anymore? for massive industrial sized farms ? 390 Around 350 would be right. But I think, for the chinese it is around less than 300. considering the electricity cost for 1 bitcoin is 131 USD, if the miner already ROI, they can dump to 200 and still profit

Don't give me a fish but teach me how to fish
The saying was "give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime". Note the subtle diference -- no "don't" there... True, I said it my way...but we both agree about the essence.

I understand that, whatever the price, the difficulty will adjust so that mining always remains worthwhile for SOME miners. "Worthwhile" may not not mean "profitable", though; and some miners would have to switch off. Isn't that so?

~Your Beneficent Reptilian Overlords. I keep wondering why you keep reusing this same joke over and over again. A human impersonates a supposedly secret superior overlord who is openly trolling it's inferior slaves who shouldn't be aware of it's existence and intentions...? You know that a secret overlord would have better things to do and wouldn't reveal itself to start with. So, why would you reveal that you are a power hungry human who feels himself worthless (thus the relativization of inferiority to an imaginary superior overlord - who is later impersonated by him to crawl out out his own pit of inferiority...)? (Ah, sorry. I can't properly express myself in English.)BTW on topic, I agree, the next few hours have a potential to be interesting.

If I'd trusted Bitfinex, I'd shorted Bitcoin a long time ago.
Unfortunately, one can't trust any Bitcoin exchange.

Thanks for the warning. Could you tell me this weeks lottery numbers again? Sorry, that is completely random. Can't predict that. Something that has been going down for almost a year and shows no sign of recovery is easier to predict.

But I think, for the chinese it is around less than 300. considering the electricity cost for 1 bitcoin is 131 USD, if the miner already ROI, they can dump to 200 and still profit costs vary greatily from place to place and from people to people. Also there is a huge difference of you are small or big guy, and if you already in or out the mining business. No idea where people get their "it cost X to mine one Bitcoin" statements
