Maybe, maybe not.
But we're far away from 10k AT THIS POINT...it's not that easy.

Dude. Bitcoin could fart +$300 USD up to $10k within seconds on a random bull-run.

$300 is not far away at all.

You and I have vastly differing definitions of "far away".

thats so true .... as well up or down, but after the few weeks we just had my thoughts are on the upperside to

not if you zoom in...

We should keep this trend up until we reach 800-1000 ppm, so humanity's IQ drops 20-25 points.

Then we're be too stupid to solve things anyway.

Stats provided by NOAA part of the US govt.

The thing is with science you must please your masters. Who are the ones funding you.

https://science.house.gov/news/press-releases/former-noaa-scientist-confirms-colleagues-manipulated-climate-records

Science is supposed to be based on objective, testable, repeatable facts. How often this isn't the case. INstead computer models with no basis in reality are endlessly tweaked to give the needed result.

I know what we need comrades. A global carbon tax. Everyone will pay. And while we are at it. A global government. Global army.

This.

I once did a division level battle scenario simulating all of the network traffic and wireless traffic with moving troops and terrain. We had drones flying in the air acting as range extenders for people on the ground to get over hills and other things blocking line of sight.

It took us a very very long time to get the simulation running...the thing kept crashing due to the amount of information we were throwing through it. We had to extrapolate as much as we could to get it to run. I stayed up all night one time to get it to run all the way through for the first time. The results showed that the drones were bottle necked with traffic and hardly anything was getting through. Knowing this wouldn't sit well with the green suits we extrapolated some of the models differently so that we could get better results. Who knows what the reality was. I was just glad we were on the research end of things. When I started working in real world environments it wasn't as fun. One time I was working on a system being used in Iraq but it was down for a few days while we worked on some broken code. During that time 10 marines died and one of my frustrated co-workers blamed me for their deaths due to our system being down (the reality was that even with a perfectly working system they would have still died). Research is much better. Throwing wild numbers out that don't matter for a long time is easy.

It's interesting that religion actually caused scientists of old to be honest about their findings. They believed the scientific method was gods way of showing us how the world works, so they couldn't lie about it cause god would know.

Indeed, he also said to buy everything under 10 K as we'll never see it again..
Literally he said "mid-term LOOKS bearish"
Things can change quickly and markets are irrational  Cool

Yeah, but short-term and mid-term predictions = coin toss.

In that area... even very smart guys are all over the map.

So? NASA is funded by US govt too. Yet they manage to land a few rovers of Mars.

Can't do that with crappy science.

Did the government want the end result to be a rover on Mars?

Does the government want the end result of climate change studies to show the public that they need more government?

It's not just food that matters, humans have a psychological need for space as well. The more people there are, the more we end up like Calhouns rats - dying from a lack of reproduction, even when the numbers start to drop after major dieoffs. The rodents never recovered, who is to say that we will?

I don't disagree. Let's start with the 2-child-max-per-couple rule and enforce that first.

We basically already have two children per family globally, more in some countries and less in some.

There are interesting theories going around about NASA

For example you could fake it, say in greenland, add a red tint to the 'mars' photos. And keep the rest of the budget for other purposes, know what I mean  Wink You know like with the moon landings.

Budget, right... What's the point, considering the most expensive part is the big-ass rocket? And since you can't fake a rocket launch, you might as well send it somewhere interesting. Now you'll tell me Saturn V were made of cardboard, right? Smiley

Nonsense. The climate is always changing. The assertion that humans are the main driving force behind it, however, that is bullshit.

+1 on that

Exactly.  Just because 98% of the worlds scientific community agrees on it doesn’t make it true.  Science is just made up numbers. They even admit to having imaginary numbers, which just proves they are making it up.  It’s time to fight back. We can start with that Galileo guy.

Didn't 98% of the scientific community at the time agree that Galileo was wrong?
In science it doesn't matter how many agrees with you, it only matters if you are right. If a hypothesis will become a theory or not is not decided by majority vote, but by if you can prove your hypothesis or not.
And so far the IPCC haven't been able to prove the hypothesis, quite the opposite, every model so far has been wrong.

Usually, when mfi breaks through the lower bollinger band, a rise follows. I would say we see 10345 this weekend, as the breakthrough just happened.

What do we think of the Georgia Guidestones?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_Guidestones

Whoever conceived this crap should  put their money where their mouths are and start by ending their own cancerous existence.
What are your specific objections?

This:
1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.

If we're talking Logan's Run type culling bullshit, then good luck with that.

you should read all the others 10 objectives. 9 have are almost fullfilled in the west and usa. However the language one... doesn't work apparently.

Balance with Nature

We act more like a virus than a natural inhabitant

Remember we are running out of resources too many people

As they keep telling us

The most precious resource water we are running out of

ROFL

http://www.bbc.com/future/story/20170412-is-the-world-running-out-of-fresh-water

Where does fresh water come from. sometimes you need a gun...
Drinking water comes from human labor today. We can't drink directly from the local creek like we used to.

And one thing we really are running out of is fish. If the descriptions of early american explorers and settlers are to be believed, we have maybe 1% of 1% of what used to live in the sea. If we go much further then most of it is not coming back.

Agree, not to say any of these things are not happening, actually the opposite, they are happening by design

Ecology, sustainability and environment issues were well known over 50 years ago, even 50000 years ago

Do you think anybody has actually done anything?

...."What do we think of the Georgia Guidestones?"....

It is being fully implemented and it is not what the stone says that will be implemented but a New World Order that will create what the stone says.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Council_on_Foreign_Relations

Remember in the Western world you do not get to vote on foreign policy, only domestic

all western ruling class are about raping physically or looting... nothing else. they are only round eyes.

in the western world you are nothing. try to jail hillary and you will see... even the potus is too afraid...

the west has fallen, reequilibrate and laugh and enjoy their demise... because one day those protecting hillary will die, and then chelsea and her offspring will be fair game... and lot of suffering for many logged kids... that will have grown up... war, is an endless process.

and as the round eyes know nothing else, they will perish by it. so is life, so is destiny.

Yeah those moon landings were all faked.
The earth is flat.
There’s a space alien being kept at Area 51 and the government is keeping it secret.
There’s a bunch of You Tube vids about it so it must be true.

Well, in some parts of the west. Sweden is stable. We had 8 million ethnic swedes in 1980, and we still have 8 million ethnic Swedes.
But now we also have 2 million immigrants.
