Smoking is disgusting. It makes you feel weak, smell like shit.

I only smoke when I am on vacation and I still feel bad later. While having fun I feel like smoking amplifies the fun. While at work, since ,i feel like shit, I never smoke. (Amplifies the rage too)  I gotta stop smoking in summer too.

I gave up smoking last year. It's unquestionably the most damaging thing I've ever done to myself. My brain has been fucked ever since. I can't concentrate on anything any more and I make very basic mistakes in everything. There have been no physical benefits whatsoever.

If anybody is smoking and still enjoys it I suggest they keep going until they vomit their own giblets up in a fountain of blood and agony.

I'll give it a bit more time and then probably take it up again for good.

I'm not proud to admit this but "Taking a T break ? What is that ?! Better living through chemistry !"

 

TBH, I'm considering looking into getting pure CBD oilpens and experimenting with that, but I cannot justify paying the prices I'm seeing for 1g carts online. The "black market" real products are cheaper and WAY better IMO, than what is legally available online, to ship to all US States.

Purchased some legal CBD bud a while back to experiment, and the shit tasted like ditch weed. Just awful stuff not worth the price, given the alternatives.

I hope I live to see a day where the USA adopts a humane drug policy at the Federal level.

Never mind all the fiat I am willing to invest in business opportunities, should it become legalized in my State. Have plans for a boutique operation if the political climate changes.

T break has to be done once in a while anyways, otherwise the influenced state becomes a normal state and the fun fades with that.

Same plans here, the boutique stuff, wonder how that will work out when trying to be sober.

CBD buds, but that doesn't give a high, does it? Isn't that the "healing" side of cannabis without any high effects?

A month behind me, another 5 to go, almost broke the cycle today but held strong and luckily the appetite is gone for now.


I have a sicpack of beers in the fridge just to test my will power they stay untouched for now.

You can buy a THC type syrup that is for medicinal purposes. I have a contact online if you ever need it. Funnily enough it’s a UK based guy who sells it all through instagram. You ingest it through a pipette type thing.

My gf’s Dad had cancer 2 years ago, he had it cut out & nothing came back but I’ve been buying him THC Cannabis Oil for 2 years and he’s ok now.

Just to add a surgeon cut the tumour out, I’m just getting him the stuff to try & keep it away if you get me.

Used to drink scotch, then I realized drinking heavy liquors is also a dumb idea. (Tires your liver, fucks up your stomach acid levels) Wine&Beer is the only ones I enjoy though they aren't good for stomach neither.

I'll limit myself to drinking only wine&beer probably and gonna delete the rest from my memory.

Yeah I have standards to. I refuse to do crack,heroine and don’t drink much . Everything else is pretty much fair game

I had a lung X-RAY in December last year and my lungs were 100% healthy, no marks of smoking whatsoever. I have been smoking a pack a week on average for 15y now, though I do have occasional 1-2 month breaks when I feel like it. It might be due to my high psychical activity, I walk/jog over 100km weekly when its 10+ degrees, about 50-70km in winter time and try to hit the gym at least 2-3x times a week.

For men, excess is defined as 15 or more drinks a week. (The researchers defined a drink as just 5 ounces of wine, 12 ounces of beer or 1.5 ounces of spirits.)

Obviously you're not an alcoholic per se, mic, just fucking with you   you clearly have it under control. But science wise, not so sure  


EDIT: On another note, I do consider myself as an alcoholic when I do drink, as the amounts exceed way the "normal" limits. Though I have it under control and my social life has never suffered because of it. Just had that small health trouble a few years back which I told about a few hundred pages ago.

You can't argue that a high when smoking once a month differs from an everyday high quite alot, for me the everyday high eventually becomes a numb state and even being sober seems more fun. I can't wait for the laughs and munchies I get after a 6 month break Will be epic.

If you try the CBD bud again I highly suggest the variety AC/DC, it seems to have the best taste. Next in line would be Dancehall, this strain also makes a very tasty oil for vaping. Otherwise there are many Hemp derived CBD products that for some reason taste like cherry, they come in many forms. The type I personally have tried are isolate slab/powder, careful though they look like another substance altogether that could get a person in trouble if discovered outside of the original packaging.
