Define: "immediate collapse". You've had an hour and a half to close your long and open your short.

Too much jargon and negative sentiment. This makes me bullish and the altcoins are giving me awesome returns the last two weeks. Looks good to me (for now). I'd be prepared for upside. I wouldn't leverage either direction though. Peace times are most dangerous!

i would reasonably call it collapse as immediate selling / retracement / lack of continued buying support leading to eventual price decline as soon as sudden out of left field rapid buying for no reason ceases (pump attempt with 0 organic support) ... which i've seen all day ... looks like everyone is holding their breath and waiting for the shoe(s) to drop ... while a handful of whales / exchanges insider traders attempt to goose the price ... the gaps of 10 minutes + with zero buying / selling at all taking place on the "major" exchanges can tell you more than I ever can explain to you ...

I'm amazed at how people take triangles on charts seriously. It's because this happens.

I'm not even sure to what to make of the bitcoin price nowadays. It used to get small pumps followed by large dumps driving the price down. Now it gets large pumps that occur in very short time frames, then small dumps, mostly with a small upside to the price. Was the recent low around $220 and now we are on a long recovering phase from there? Or is this just a pump and dump cycle that hasn't had its true dump back to low $200's yet?
Also is this likely a single buyer that makes these huge short terms pumps? Or market orders getting executed near the same time? WTF is going on?
